Video Hole is an ongoing, episodic adventure game series revolving around a series of strange completely normal events that transpire in your local, intergalactic video store. In episode one, it’s business as usual as you navigate your soul-crushing job while solving mysteries and meeting new characters. Of course, things are never quite what they seem in the darkly mysterious world of cross-temporal, hard-format film rental.

Plot: Hole, Heart: Full
A game like a Center Shock chewing gum, an emotionally messy mix of sweet and sour, the grandiosity and goofyness sliders both jammed at 11, with a plot that nearly lost me near the end. Debuts are supposed to be flawed, I think, so that's fine. I loved getting to know all the characters, and I hope to meet them again in episode 2.
