Welcome to Trix and the Tower of Puzzles
Okay now for real. The game looks good, but for me it fails at its premise. You know the description our heroine going through the tower full of horny monsters and all. Well, not really.
The premise
On paper the whole thought of heroine fighting hordes of monsters, which doesn´t want anything else than to violate her, and it´s up to us if she stays true to her husband, sounds pretty damn intriguing. Until you find out that it´s only smoke and mirrors. Because the game only tells you that there is a curse that makes everyone into horny fiends. But is it? Because when you get to the gameplay against said monsters all they seem to try to do to you is kill you. Now you would expect that if you lose against enemy, there would be a defeat sex scene like in many other games. Right? Wrong, because there is only Game over screen and then a menu appears. Okay, so there are mid-fight sex sequences right? No, none. And I think you already see the point I am trying to make.
I would have expected from the game, with such name and description that there would be such things or at last a corruption system depending on your choices resulting in certain endings or the game taking different routes like for example if you would have been violated enough times the dialogues would change a little bit. Or some decision would be locked for you. And it really doesn´t help that it´s foreshadowed at the start of the game where the villain curses you with Sex curse, the only thing it does is unlocking special versions of skills if you are horny enough and no, they are not sex-related. But the little failure at the premise is bearable and only a little immersion breaking. Now for the true killer of the game for some of you!
The Puzzles
Yeah, you heard right. Yeah for an RPG game some puzzles would be okay with me, but the whole game is based around 24 floors of puzzle-solving. Some are pretty easy, some can be eventually solved with trial and error. And some like floor 10, well yeah that was the only one I skipped. Yes, you can skip them, but first, you need to give enough materials from enemies on those floors to the Succubus(I think it´s Incubus but okay). And sometimes that can be pretty time-consuming because more rare monsters don´t spawn as often.
You can also find videos how to solve all floors here
Combat
What to say about this, well it’s here, in-game. Though you can skip all non-boss encounters. By just simply running away. If you don´t run away well... you need to get used to it. As some enemies have means of instakilling you. But when you unlock certain versions of your skills the game is pretty easy. To be exact you have few skills and their versions some are more op than others. And then as I already mentioned you have amped special attacks depending on your Horny meter. These skills are ridiculously op, and you can use them by just pressing 5x Guard. As Guards stack you with LP(Lust points)
Now for the stuff we are all here... The sex scenes
Well to tell you the truth, scenes ain´t half bad, though it´s just 3 pictures for each and text so your imagination has to do the trick, they are voiced not dedicated voice acting, but it still does the trick. And the art used in scenes ain´t bad either. Most of the scenes are unlocked by progressing through the story and there are 5 scenes for characters you meet along the way if you pick good dialog options you get tokens and having 4-5 tokens gets you the scene if certain conditions are met. Also everything is uncensored no external patch required.
So what scenes do we have?
Female x Male - Vannila
Female x Female - For all you Yuri fans.
Female x Non-human - Represented by Minotaur and Plant, which is actually a scene which is true to the premise as the plant jumps you out of nowhere trapping you in vines. Oh also orc, forgettable really.
Female domination scenes - Golden shower, forcing someone to use vibrators on himself and Galadriel’s scene is torture basically. Not my favorite scenes, but if you like such, content go ahead.
Gangbang scene as the finale on "Bad ending"
Pregnant sex on "Good ending"
And last example... Trans Male x Male - I actually found out about this scene in forums, as someone
identified this game as including Futanari content and I went into the game being like "Hell there ain´t many
games including Futas!" And expected our hero to encounter a Futa. Well then this happened... No, it´s not a
FUTA get your definitions right random forum user. I will not tell you who the Trans is... but you will find out.
Yeah, the scene is optional, I think.
Conclusion
Well, the game ain´t bad and the scenes it covers are... well covering kinks you don´t encounter a lot. But the puzzles can be really tiring. But I would still recommend this game to people that like puzzles and want to get an occasional sex scene in the process. And I hope you find this Review at least a little informational and help you in deciding if you will spend your cash on this game or not. It´s really up to you, I will not try to stop you. Though be prepared for disappointment if you expect too much.

I didn't mind it, however be prepared to look up a guide for certain puzzles unless you got a lot spare time and a super analytical brain with good memory and pattern recognition. The plus side is the developer understood this and provided a free walk through for the puzzles on a youtube playlist.

The game has a lot of different interesting traps that you have to go through. Well thought out dialogues that are interesting to read. I recommend.

An rpg made in the RPG maker where a single protagonist tackles the challenge of a cursed tower. Does it offer anything beyond generic, budget rpg titles?
You play as female mercenary Trix, who is married to Effraim, who is in financial troubles. To aid him, you take on a mission to investigate a cursed tower, and so have other four challengers introduced during the mission briefing. You can interact with and develop friendships with your rivals as you progress through the mission. Depending on your choices, you can collect friendship tokens. With enough tokens (4+), you will be able to unlock extra scenes. Also, the final choice will impact which one of the two endings you will obtain. The story is rather uninspired, linear, and predictable. Some small, unimportant revelations are present, but they do not influence the story at all. Also, your decisions have little to no impact on Trix. There is supposed to be some character corruption, but it is very inconsequential and disconnected from the ending of the story. Even worse, the way Trix acts during hscenes is so out of character that it feels unnatural. No matter how slutty or pure you are, it does not change anything.
As for the challenge, it is fairly low, except for some puzzles. You will be able to level up reasonably fast without needing to grind. Every level gives you one skill point, which can be used to unlock one of your skills or skill extensions. The levels are capped at 25, a level that is just enough to unlock all skills. The game is not very long, so you should be able to complete everything in less than 20h easily, especially considering that there are barely any side quests. Everything can be unlocked in one playthrough.
As mentioned above, there are some puzzles. I would say that this is the best element of this title. Every section of the tower contains a different type of puzzle to solve in order to progress. For the most part, the puzzles are easy enough to solve, but some can be more tedious. Fortunately, for those who are stuck, there is an option to automatically solve each by giving a specified number of items, dropped by fighting enemies, to a succubus in front of the tower.
Overall, it was a fairly average experience. Nothing was outstanding or horrible. Still, it can be enjoyable a bit, but the price feels a bit too steep, so it's only worth getting when it's on sale.
The character sprites present here are pretty standard among rpg maker titles. If you played other budget rpg maker titles, you should know what to expect. The quality of CGs during hscenes is somewhat below average, and there are only a few present during each scene. There is at least no mosaic censorship, unlike the majority of Japanese products.
There is only one simply designed town, a few field maps, and 25 compact tower floors to explore. You will spend the majority of the time inside the tower, where the design style changes every 5 floors. Not very much work went into map creation, but at least puzzles offer some variety.
Music is of the generic type. Nothing memorable or grating, just good enough to serve as an audio filler. Same for the sound effects. No voice acting is present.
I need to mention that the game crashed several times during my playthrough, so I recommend saving frequently.
To conclude, this rpg is fairly generic. Weak, short story, small maps with okay puzzles, and at most average art and music. Nothing really stands out, but if you like puzzles, you are likely to enjoy this budget title a little. Very cautious positive from me: 4.8/10

Heavy, heavy puzzler. If you don't like RPG Maker puzzles, you may hate this game. There are YouTube video walk throughs available for all puzzles and you can buy your way past them as well. Story is fun with the standard good path, bad path and the writing is not bad - which is saying something for the majority of these games. Solid English, too.

A very simple and very interesting game with its own history.
