Welcome to an old, ruined train station. A place that will give you a lot of fun! In Train Station Renovation you play as a renovation company specialized in restoring old and damaged railway stations. In Train Station Renovation you play as a renovation company specialised in restoring railway stations. The game is set in abandoned and destroyed train stations, you will start with small rural ones to ease in and eventually be challenged with sprawling train stations in metropolitan areas. The game is divided into 10 maps (stations) which gradually teach you new mechanics and help you manage different working environments. Each station needs to be cleaned, fixed and decorated with items and equipment to bring it back to life.

Train Station Renovation is a very similar game as Viscera Clean Up Detail but a bit more family friendly. The gaming mechanics are pretty straight forward and can be learned in under 30 minutes. The sounds in the game are decent at best. The music drove me nuts but that's typically the norm for sim games.
7/10 - Loses points for mediocre sound/music, as well as having dated graphics. More than makes up for these things in terms of gameplay and level layouts are fun to clean up!

For fans of relaxing and chill games,Train Station Renovation will surely tick some boxes, cause as it's name states, you're tasked with cleaning and repairing old and new train stations, with a nice variety of maps and a few secrets and stuff, all ready to destress a hard day.
As graphics go,it's quite decent, the more open and natural maps are quite enjoyable, way more than the urban ones, with the ambient and weather helping the vibe of the game, the textures are good, runs well and seems optimized, there are some parts tho where the game got a bit clunky, maybe some memory leaks, who knows, but even so,it looks good and runs good.
Soundwise, yet again it's decent, the music and soundtrack is chilling and relaxing,if you let yourself be relaxed completely, there's a high chance you can fall asleep, some of the tools do sound a bit weird, the sandpaper being the best example, but in general, the sound is good and the music really helps the atmosphere.
There isn't any real story, you're just a dude pretty much repairing and fixing stations...and that's pretty much all,tho the stations have a tiny lore as to what happened or where it's located.
As gameplay goes, you have all sorts of tools, that you either use to dismantle stuff or destroy them, paint walls or floors, grind the rails or just clean up around,be it trash or paints or even....blood pools for some reason. There's no reason to really go into details regarding the way the game works and what's what cause it's simple and you'll get the point real quick, but most missions do have a few different objectives as well,to spice things up.
Overall , Train Station Renovation is a relaxing, cleaning adventure game, where you'll build up a cleaning company, get new tools and skillsets, all based on a chill experience. It's quite decent and good, worth it for fans of the genre.

Another game where i can see a difference to the start. But in this case more in the length of the game and less in the overall polish. The game was good from the start, or at least i cant remember a problem i had at the beginning. The game got an expansion of 3 or 4 stations since the beginning and the missions and the "story" of the stations are mostly different and good to handle. I just dont like the last level because its more like a decoration/sandbox level and less a renovation level. But nonetheless a very good game. I can highly recommend this game

This game's fun, though some of the grammar could be fixed but that's just a little nitpick.

Thought it was a fun little game. Cleaning was satisfying and it didn't out stay its welcome and I finished all the levels 100% in about 11 hours. Thought the decorating parts were a bit boring but you can quickly chuck items down to finish them parts quite quickly. Didn't run into many bugs the only thing I got was 2 crashes when alt tabbing out of the game. Worth it on sale

Very fun. If you liked Viscera Cleanup Detail, this has a similar loop.
Bonus points for the train theme!
