Risen Kingdom is a real-time strategy game with building and settlement management mechanics. The game is set in a medieval fantasy world years after a great Kingdom has been overrun by hordes of the undead. Now, the bravest warriors are going on a campaign to claim back the land once lost by their ancestors and bring the Kingdom back to its former glory. Build your Settlement Build mills and houses to provide your people with food and a place to live. Obtain natural resources, expand your settlement and develop new technologies. Build markets and banks to ensure the settlement’s economic stability. Carefully manage resources, research new tech and lead your settlement to prosperity! Defend your Settlement Train and hire warriors to defend your settlement. Each unit has unique skills and upgrades. Build defensive structures such as stakewalls, lookout posts, cannons and towers. Make use of strategic possibilities and landscape features. Survive! Prepare for the night and try to survive the onslaught of enemies!

This game is pretty lite compared to some others in the genre. There is building, but not too much, there is defending and attacking the enemy, but once you are established, that stuff is pretty straight forward. The game is quite bright in it's design, not dull and gloomy like some. But look at the price... You are getting a full game that is replayable for such a small price, just think of the amount of time the developer will have put into making this, surely it is worth a recommend even just for that. Your not even getting a single takeaway coffee for that amount these days... Would I recommend this game, absolutely, it's perfectly playable, has some elements and isn't ugly on the eyes. Which reminds me, I must get around to finishing this game...

I 100%ed this game.
except I did'nt.
Thats because its impossible to get the third star for completing all objectives on the Ice peak mission - even after completing all the optional objectives.
That said, its a cute little game, I like it.

Fantastic little game! A bit similar to Thronefall, an absolute favorite of mine. Easy to understand but deceptively challenging if you want to complete all achievements. I had a blast playing and this game is 100% worth the price.

It was fine, it's a cheap TD and RTS game.
Only a few maps to play with, almost too little content for a game like this.
But the Price is worth it When it goes on Sale.

The game is pretty easy, but it is still super fun. For $3 it is def worth it. It's not a crazy big game, but it is short so it works out fine. The gameplay is fun if you like RTS games. It's a fun twist with zombies as enemies, even if it's not the first to do it is still fun.
