POSTAL 4: No Regerts
The POSTAL Dude is back! Several years have passed since the events that devastated the once proud town remembered as Paradise. The only two to walk away from the cataclysm unscathed, the hapless everyman known as the POSTAL Dude and his loyal companion Champ, drive aimlessly through the scorching deserts of Arizona looking for a new place to call home. After a fortuitous gas station rest stop ends with their car, trailer home, and the rest of their worldly possessions stolen, all the Dude’s seemingly got left to his name is his canine cohort and his bathrobe, and neither of them smells all that great. However, on the horizon, the duo glimpses an unfamiliar and dazzling town that beckons to them. What untold prospects lie within? Fame? Fortune? Maybe a bidet or two? Edensin awaits. POSTAL 4: No Regerts is a satirical and outrageous comedic open world first person shooter and the long-awaited true sequel to what’s been fondly dubbed as "The Worst Game Ever™", POSTAL 2! (No third game is known to exist.)

The overall state of the game has improved considerably since its 1.0 launch in April 2022. However, it definitely still needs to be continually worked on, updated and refined by Running With Scissors. Perhaps with enough time, effort and possibly luck, this will eventually evolve into something pretty solid.
I may further update this, as and when I see fit..
Addendum 1: Although this will probably not immediately be apparent when running this game on systems with a fairly generous amount of video memory (10 - 12 GB or more), it is probably worth noting that there appears to be some form of video memory leak with this game, where the VRAM usage will gradually increase over time after travelling through multiple zap zones. Possibly due to the game not unloading data/assets from the previous zones
I noticed this phenomenon when testing the game on some older hardware I had, which I hadn't used in my main rig for years.
In one of these tests I conducted, I used a Radeon R9 290X. With 4 GB of VRAM. (The actual amount suggested in the game's "recommended" system requirements.)
The initial framerates I was were surprisingly decent, around the 60 FPS range whilst travelling outside in open areas. However, there was this tendency for the performance to tank dramatically to sub-20 FPS whenever I would enter most buildings.
I later tested the game with an 8 GB Radeon RX Vega 64. Initial framerates were also perfectly fine (Around the 70-75 FPS range at 1080p) in both the outdoor and inside of buildings to begin with. However, eventually after having travelled through several zap zones throughout the course of my playthrough, I noticed in Task Manager that the game had completely eaten through the full 8 GB of available GPU memory, and was starting to overflow into system RAM. Of course, this resulted in a major drop in framerate..
So yeah, it is probably worth keeping in mind that this game has a tendency to chew though video memory...

I hate this game.
Postal 4 is a game that was supposed to surpass all of its predecessors in terms of gameplay, storyline, humor, and so on. However, this game gives me stomach ulcers.
Each subsequent installment of a title should showcase the progress made by the studio creating the series. Unfortunately, in the case of Postal, it's the opposite. A large number of bugs make it almost impossible to immerse oneself in the game, and as a result, the whole game appears unfinished and underdeveloped.
Many would probably think that the integral part of the game - the missions, to be exact - would save this game: and yet, disappointment strikes again. The missions are boring and devoid of any meaning, and they don't introduce anything new to the plot.
The entertainment factor in terms of humor is also questionable. It exhibits toilet humor typical of low-grade American comedy series, which crosses the boundaries of good taste. It's terribly childish.
The game also lacks political correctness, which can offend a significant portion of society and be devastating. Insulting ethnic minorities (in this case, Mexicans) is inappropriate and goes against generally accepted norms. It's simply racist. There is also a motif of a group condemning such behaviors, on which the game's creators didn't hold back either. The group, mockingly named the "Sensitive Hipsters," aiming to combat racist and xenophobic behaviors, is portrayed in an exceptionally unfavorable light.
The worst game in the series so far.
Everything as it should be. 10/10, buy this game ASAP.
