The review consists not only of a look at the game played, but also of personal experience and opinion.
This is just the author's opinion. The game has been completed with 100% achievements.
Pilgrims a short but very comfortable game!
If you want to spend some time comfortably and relaxingly, but not for too long and without wasting your energy on solving any puzzles, then this game is 100% suitable!
Generally:
Simple and clear gameplay. A small map with different locations where there are various characters or objects that you can interact with.A fun way to use a character as a playing card. The corners of the card show their main skills! I'd also like to point out that you can only complete the game by recruiting all the companions (partners) along the way. This makes for very interesting gameplay! As you progress through the game, you'll discover numerous items that can be obtained by combining other items, such as cooking potatoes over a fire. It's funny to watch the characters' conversational style; it's as if they're simply saying whatever comes to mind, creating nonsense, but it's very funny!
I will highlight the main advantages:
- Variability. I really enjoyed it and was inspired by the many ways this game offers to acquire companions, such as using coins or cooked fish. Or the many ways to get a fishing rod.
- Easy and funny achievements. Surprisingly, we get the story achievements without any problems, but in addition, we can replay the game several times and get various funny achievements, from drinking a lot of bottles of alcohol or getting a bear drunk?!
- Replayability. I liked that the game isn't just a one-time playthrough. You can replay it as many times as you like. Or you can replay it to get the remaining achievements.
Let me sum it up...
The game is simple, has a nice style, good advantages, is short and comfortable. Sometimes games like this are missing, which is why this game deserves a damn 10 out of 10! Yes, I'll note that the game's stylization is very pleasing to the eye. As a player who loves the style of the old era, I really enjoyed it.
I recommend!

Short, sweet, cute and well drawn little puzzle game more like a little story, It is fun if you just want to follow along a little story. The games of the developer studio often goes to sale and it is wort the time and money to play it.

Pretty fun game. Has an aesthetically pleasing artstyle and encourages blind exploration, but the game itself is quite short (~2 hours for 100%). Very much worth it if you can grab it on discount.

Honestly I only bought this game because I follow Amanita Design and wanted to support their work. I had kind of been avoiding this one as it didn't really seem like "my thing" but honestly I have no idea why, this game was an absolute joy to play.
This game is really cute, in that whacky Amanita Design kind of way (which at this point I find quite comforting), with all the little sounds effects and everything.
Gameplay wise, It's quite satisfying. You go around, collecting items and trying them out in different situations with all the characters to see what they do and how everything reacts.
This game is really short to just get to the end, but there are different ways to do the main objectives so it's essentially designed to be short and for you to reboot it a few times. I found it a lot of fun playing and replaying to try and get all of the scenarios. This feels like a game that is well suited to people on the playful and curious side.
It's rare at the moment that I play a game and feel like I can fully relax, but the music was nice and in general it's so playful that I did find it quite relaxing. If you're in the mood for something short that isn't so serious, this would be a good pick.
It's also a good one for achievement hunters, as the achievements are mainly for getting the different interactions or solutions so it's an easy and fun one to complete.
Overall I really like the concept of this game, it was a few hours well spent towards the end of the day and I can't believe I avoided it for so long. If they did another game like this I'd definitely buy and play it.

Pilgrims is a funny short hand drawn adventure, it has a unique style, you interact with characters by using cards of objects you find around, which I found innovative.
I really like the hand drawn style it adds more personality to the game, overall is cute and enjoyable experience, it's very short but it has replayability due to different scenarios you can do, recommended

For only a few dollarinos I have been really enjoying this game. Lot's of giggles so far in this as you cause chaos across the land and trade your items for other items & outcomes. It's a short game but will require a few play-throughs to land all the achievements & the beauty of having to do more play-throughs is that each outcome is likely to be different so isn't boring!
