It is refreshing to play a platforming game that has such a unique play style. A lot of indi platformers don't feel like they have identity, but I like how each power up and game mechanic feel like they would exist in this post apocalyptic cave society. Would love to see another story in this video game universe! Congrats on publishing your first game!

A charming game with funny characters, satisfying movement, and a type of gameplay that is easy to learn but hard to master. Speedrunners are going to love this game.
I'd say the cohesive, individualistic style that this game has in its art, music, sound, and interface is one of the most impressive things I've found this far into my playthrough. It's cute, playful, fun, and energetic. A great debut title from Tastie Games!

I've been having quite the blast with this game! I'm in love with the cast of characters presented in it. They're all quirky and immensely lovable. The boss fights have stellar presentation and are an immense spectacle to behold. The platforming and movement is especially enjoyable with its swiftness and complex potential. The game is overall incredibly charming; if you wait around without moving, your mole maiden goes to sleep with a lullaby in the background. Details like that just give me a warm feeling in my heart regardless of any flaws the game might have.
The music is also one of the most memorable things to come out this year. If it's not part of some "best video game music of 2025" list somewhere, the world needs to be blown up in a ball of fire.
Combat is, for the most part, fun. A couple of gripes I have with it is that I feel like there's a lack of clarity and consistency with the stun mechanics. Some enemies seem to be stunnable, but others aren't, and others are stunnable but don't necessarilly indicate they can be stunned. The result is that, particularly in boss fights, stunning feels more like an accidental upside as a result of dodging through enemies with the drill ability rather than an intentional effect. Alongside this, some combat encounters and boss fights have far too many instances of stalling that I like. A mini-boss, Gleo, and a boss named Zaphra both have a lot of moves where attacking them is, at the very least, majorly discouraged if not outright impossible, and they have a habit of stacking those moves many a time. They aren't hard to avoid, so it really just results in the fight being stalled while you wait for the opponent to give you the opportunity to attack, and not in a way that feels engaging.
Overall, it's a very enjoyable and charming game, and I really hope Tastie Games continues to make things in the future!
18/20.
(Addendum: There might be more than a couple of odd glitches that might just be the result of playing it on lower-end hardware. The vast majority are not game-breaking, but I felt the need to mention them.)
