MvCI is NOT as great of a game as it SHOULD be, but it's NOT a bad game. It's a good game, especially if you're willing to mod it. There's a wonderful one called MvC Infinite & Beyond.

With MVCIB this is possibly the best Marvel Vs Capcom game of all time. You can see the potential and what they wanted to do with this game and you will get the games full potential with getting the Beyond mod.

A pretty solid game for it's sale price.
The only two big problems are:
- The arcade mode's boss is an extreme waste of time, which kills replayability offline.
- In-game matchmaking is dead. You can join a discord, but you need to find someone to play with you on the same platform, in the same region and in the same hours as you. It's possible, and I've played a few online matches in which I got destroyed.(which is a part of the fun) There is also that you will have to play modded for it, because everyone there plays modded, but at least there is a way to install modded balance without the mod's graphical overhaul if you also don't like how it looks like.(search for it in the chat history)
Most of the cast was very interesting, but some characters didn't really have any gimmick. Capt America for one was too simple for me to enjoy playing him. They didn't even give him a physically bouncing shield throw.
It's not a problem for the game at all though, just a little disappointing. Most of the cast was really enjoyable and lasted me for a while.

To start the game, I right clicked the game on the list, properties, in general -> look at Launch options -> Selected Launch Option : Disabled DirectInput -> under that : Advanced users may choose to enter modifications to their launch options. -> I typed "-fullscreen"
Solved the "Fatal Error"
