The game is ass ugly, but the gameplay rocks

Review from Steam

Game kinda looks bad, BUT the netcode and gameplay flow are top notch. Active tag is still the best mechanic in a fighting game ever, and we have an active community in the gauntlet discord. Ironically enough, covid was the best thing to ever happen to this game, and unless mvc4 gets announced, this is my go to tag fighter.

First of all.
Game is currently dead online, if you want an mvc game you should try and play MVC2 with nullDC or fightcade, or play the cool modded umvc3 via parsec, but if you FOR SOME VERY SPECIFIC AND WEIRD REASON can't do any of those things, then infinite is a pretty functional game that looks like dookie.

This game truly is ugly as fuck, and it doesn't have the X-men thanks to stupid ass contracts, but damnit it's still Mahvel baby. Fun as fuck. Get it on sale. Give us more MvC.

Review from Steam

Netcode's good, gameplay is fun. Maybe not as good as previous games, but still good in its own right.
