When looking for changes in your life, you use the services of an employment agency. Fate throws you to another country, where you are employed in an inn in the middle of nowhere. You quickly learn how to cope with new responsibilities, and at the same time you get to know the other, beautiful part of the staff better.
As you manage your time between shifts, you develop a very intimate relationship with your co-workers. Trying to avoid the eyes of hotel guests, you use every corner and every piece of furniture to satisfy the desires of the two, three and four of you…

Forest Inn Co-Worker H-Life Sim: Manage Shifts, Stats, and Sperm
What awaited the protagonist upon landing a job at a quaint inn by a forest coast was a shared life — or rather, shared sex life (?) — with charming female co-workers. A remote workplace discovered through a foreign employment service lends the setup a distinctly out-of-the-ordinary feel.
The game revolves around managing three resources: time, stamina, and sperm. Shift minigames cover stamina and funds, while free hours go toward deepening bonds with co-workers. As stats rise, new positions, perks, and multi-partner scenarios unlock in sequence. The design tying progression directly to H-scene variety keeps motivation consistent throughout.
H-scenes are interactive and player-controlled, with speed adjustment available. Variants range from one-on-one to threesomes, and voice acting is included. The visual split between pixel-art exploration and anime-style H-scene CG could be called distinctly indie in character.
That said, given the indie scale, content volume is on the lean side — approaching this as a game about the journey of connection rather than sheer quantity is arguably the right mindset. At the price point, the experience delivers solid value.
For players seeking a daily sex-life sim where work, romance, and desire are all juggled as resources, this is a title that can hit the mark.

旅館同僚H-ライフ性活シム
海沿いの森に佇む旅館に就職した主人公を待っていたのは、魅力的な女性スタッフとの共同生活（性活？）だ。異国の求人サービスで見つけた辺境の職場という設定が、独特の非日常感を生み出している。
ゲームの軸は、時間・体力・精液という3種のリソース管理だ。シフトミニゲームで体力と資金を確保しながら、空き時間に同僚との親密度を高めていく。ステータス上昇にともない、体位やパーク、複数プレイといったコンテンツが順次解禁される。育成の方向性がHシーン獲得バリエーションに直結する設計は、プレイ動機をプレイヤーに与え続けている。
Hシーンはプレイヤーが操作するインタラクティブ形式で、速度調整が可能だ。1対1から3人プレイまで複数のバリエーションがあり、ボイスも収録されている。ピクセルアートの探索パートとアニメ調のHシーンCGを使い分けるビジュアル構成は、インディーらしいといえるだろう。
もっとも、インディー制作の規模を踏まえればコンテンツ量は控えめで、量より関係構築の過程を楽しむ作品と割り切るのが適切だろう。価格帯を考えると十分な手応えはあった。
勤務・恋愛・欲望のバランスを管理しながら日々を積み重ねる性活体験を求めるプレイヤーには、刺さる一作だといえる。

I love the meat in this game, and I'm not just talking about the ladies. This game has a great story and you have to work for it. These are my favorite types of H games, and I whole heartedly recommend!

Do I recommend Komadori Inn? Hell yes!
Alright, so, I've played nearly 10 hours in the demo version, and now I'm at 7+ hours in the full version and there's still a ton I've yet to do. There is a LOT of content to enjoy! Now, that said, I think it's important to know what you're getting into with this game. If you're going into it with the expectation of minimal gameplay and shallow sex scenes, then look elsewhere. This is a game with a story to tell, and you do very much have to engage with it to see all there is to see. Personally I really enjoy all the minigames and time management stuff, but I can understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea.
The gameplay itself is pretty varied, with some of the day to day tasks ranging from taking drink orders at the bar, to cleaning hotel rooms, to juggling multiple tasks at the front desk without making guests wait too long. It's interesting enough to stay engaging without feeling overwhelming or repetitive, though your mileage may vary depending on how enjoyable those minigames are for you personally.
As for the audio, the music is alright, acting more to fill the background than as a main attraction. It gets the job done. The few "ara ara"s and "eh?"s that are voiced are pleasant, but sometimes they can become a bit much when they are repeated by the same character. That said, I do like that the characters do have some voiced reactions. For the h-scenes, the moans and "mating noises" (trying to be semi-brand friendly here) are pretty solid.
Graphics-wise, it's got a mix of retro-y pixel art gameplay and anime style h-scenes with some hand drawn stills for certain non h-scenes. All the art is human made (no slop-machine generated art here!), which I am very happy to see.
Finally, the writing: oh man, the writing! The game does an excellent job of balancing outrageous situations with serious, down to earth dialogue. Heart to hearts and hilarious humor. This game has made me laugh out loud one moment, and say "damn, that's actually pretty deep!" just minutes later, and vice-versa. Huge fan of the writing!
So, on to the (slightly) negative: the game is not without issues. There are still a few bugs here and there, so I would STRONGLY recommend manually saving early and often, and it also wouldn't be a bad idea to rotate your saves! I've found a few bugs myself, and while nothing has blocked progression, it definitely doesn't hurt to be careful! That said, the devs have been incredibly quick to respond to bug reports in the Steam discussion threads for the game, which is always great to see!
Long (and hard) story short (sorry, couldn't resist the throwback pun): game is awesome, demo is free and packed with content, and the devs are highly responsive to bug reports. Definitely check it out!

This game is a little gem, This is well thought out game where you join a hotel and do daily tasks. Obviously every women that works in the hotel wants to have sex with you, but unlike most adult games there was a sense of hilarity to every scene. Where this game shines is the mini games I just got addicted to all the tasks. If the publisher produces more games like this with the same feel I will definitely purchase more.

Ngl, bought it mainly because "oh it's another porn game" but damn the story was pretty fun. Also love the mini games and how "hotel management" isn't just a story element. Characters are goofy and attractive and while it has the schlocky-porn-game writing, I find them engaging! try it out!
oh and the sex was cool too.

I honestly find this game quite relaxing with some decent humor. Not the best but if you want a cozy NSFW game, I have yet to find one that I like more.
