Oh, brother, I'm stuck.
Living under the same roof with his stepsister, our hero managed to get close to her. And they grew closer every night, until, at one point, he even gave her a child.
The story is short, and everyone has seen this plot many times in videos. Overall, the game isn't bad, the graphics are very beautiful, and the convenient gallery allows you to rewatch any scene.

"knocking up my brother's wife: My sister-in-law can't resist my seed" would actually be an AWESOME Adult Visual Novel (AVN) if the Developers had not allowed “censorship” to sabotage the games visuals from being collected by players!!!
ART: The art seems to be an EROTIC mix of Hentai and Anime, that resulted in extremely S3XY and EROTIC 2D renderings!! The lead female Love Interest (LI), Risa, has ALL THE RIGHT CURVES in ALL THE RIGHT PLACES!! Backdrop visuals were culturally accurate to depict a middle-class home and neighborhood! HOWEVER: All screenshots are sabotaged by the text overlays!! The developers may as well NOT HAVE a function to hide text, BECAUSE THIS FUNCTION is rendered USELESS!!
STORY: This AVN was a humorous play on the corruption of a brother's voluptuous wife!! As the Main Character (MC), we are the Husband's brother, and we WANT his wife, not only because she’s a S3XUAL Goddess, but also because our brother stole her from us in our childhood!! So, we set out to seduce her with our Super-Sized WOOD, which is apparently related to the “3nergizer 8unny!”
STRIKE-THREE-YOU’RE-OUT: The nail in the coffin for this “Devilish Seduction” is that even the Gallery FOILS our attempts at capturing photos! If we take Screenshots here, our Gallery Screenshots end up with a BLACK BAND blocking at least a third of our photos!!! This THIRD STRIKE of Censorship is one insult too many to me as the customer! If YOU’RE kinder and just want the story, GOOD ON YOU, MATE!! Personally, I don’t understand why the Dev didn’t just OFFER an “Anti-Censor PATCH?”
SUMMARY: This game was initially set up for 100% SUCCESS!! AND, if you’re okay with the OVERDOSE of CENSORSHIP, by-all-means, Enjoy!! HOWEVER: The developers’ ingenious creation was VISUALLY SLAUGHTERED and mostly left on the CUTTING FLOOR! CENSORED to DEATH!! Buyer BEWARE!!

Knocking up my brother's wife: My sister-in-law can't resist my seed is a nukige visual novel in which you play as an unremarkable guy named Ryuji whose brother is the embodiment of perfection: he had excellent grades when he was a student, has an impressive job, and is married to a hot woman, who happens to be the same woman the protagonist has a crush on. However, things take a turn when his sister-in-law confesses to Ryuji that they can't have children because his brother is sterile and that his family is pressuring them to have kids ASAP, so Ryuji convinces her to let him do what he has wished for so long: to plow her non-stop until she gets pregnant.
The game is not much different from other Appetite visual novels in that it jumps straight to featuring sex scenes nonstop after introducing the characters and setting and features next to no choices, one to be precise. It also left a bad taste in my mouth since Ryuji's brother is far from being the typical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who rubs in his face how perfect and awesome he is. Quite the opposite, he's a decent guy who helps the protagonist whenever he can.
As usual, the devs put their biggest effort into the visuals and sex scenes, as it features beautiful characters, high-quality voice acting, and a good number of detailed sex scenes that make things even more titillating despite the mosaic censorship and lack of animation. However, you can tell at first glance that the game is quite old because its art isn't as good-looking as in Appetite's more modern games.
Verdict: Serviceable
Knocking up my brother's wife: My sister-in-law can't resist my seed may not be the best nukige out there, as its art is dated and the story is nothing to write home about. However, fans of paper-thin NTR stories are going to enjoy it as it has loads of PLOT.

Game Story Synopsis：The male protagonist, his older brother, and Risa, their neighbor, grew up together. As the saying goes, familiarity breeds fondness, and both brothers fell for Risa. However, Risa ultimately married the older brother. While the male protagonist outwardly congratulated his brother on his marriage, he was actually sowing the seeds for his later descent into darkness. Risa, after a long marriage, couldn't conceive. A hospital check-up revealed that her brother had a physiological problem that prevented him from having children. When the male protagonist learned of this, he suggested surrogacy.
Gameplay
The gameplay is fairly standard for a visual novel; players advance the plot by clicking the mouse. The story is linear at the beginning, with no dialogue options, but a choice in the latter half determines two different endings. The beginning is somewhat formulaic, but it has its share of unexpected twists. The male protagonist has a relatively complete emotional journey, unlike most of Miel's works where the female protagonist is merely treated as a sex toy. The female protagonist is conquered by the male protagonist in one incident, but their relationship gradually develops afterward. Miel hasn't tried this type of game in a long time, so this one is quite good. The game settings offer a speed-up option, allowing players to skip unnecessary scenes.
R18 section
Regarding R18 content, the game includes 28 HCGs related to the story. All CGs are static difference images with moderate durations. The game provides basic voice acting, including moans and gasps, as well as Japanese voice acting, resulting in a rich overall sound effect. The character illustrations and models adopt a Japanese manga style, which I really like. The game's R18 tags include: oral sex, masturbation, oral sex, breast sex, and NTR. No additional patches are needed; all CGs are uncensored. Overall, while the number of CGs is relatively abundant, and the voice acting and character art are excellent, the R18 tags are somewhat lacking. However, considering the price, this game is still very practical and a decent masturbation game.
