Great game, but kinda dead
So, what do we got here? Cyberpunk, 80s elements, an absolutely amazing soundtrack (which sadly you cannot purchase), murder
It's a good combo of all those great elements we've seen in games such as Ruiner, Hotline Miami, Ghostrunner, and if you loved those, you'll certainly love this one.
Now, the biggest problem i see with this hidden gem is that the online is dead. I got it on sale (which, presumably should bring new players in), and well, can't find anyone to match with.
If you haven't figured yet, the game also doesn't have a story/campaign, it's just pure battle royale/pvp. However, you can play with bots just as you'd play with people online.
Some might be okay with it, some may not be, but you certainly should be aware of this before going in.
I for one am okay-ish with this. It would've been nicer to know i am playing versus humans, but well... Tough luck.
You can also play it locally with multiple players, and i would suggest you to purchase it for some of your friends, because usually when online games aren't very popular, the developers tend to remove them from the store/closes the servers.
If you'll get it for your friends, you will always be able to play with them "locally" online (Thanks to Steam's Remote Play Together).
So, besides the online being pretty much dead, i found only one more annoying thing, which is, attacking doesn't feel right, it feels a bit delayed due to game design, not by input lag of any sort, nothing too major and most people probably wouldn't even noticed, but i tend to be weirdly picky about some things.
You can customize each match with lots of advantagees/disavantages/stipulations, whicch in return gives you a pretty unique gameplay for each match.
In short:
GOOD: Soundtrack, graphics, style, gameplay, fun to play with bots or with friends, lots of juicy elements to make each match unique
BAD: Dead Online, but can be played locally with bots or with Remote Play Together, Attacking feels a bit "not right"
(I believe nobody should miss this from their library if they're a fan of the genre)

Review from Steam

people are sleeping on this game.
it's been one of my favorite arcade pvp games for a while now and i feel feel like it deserves a resurgence, hence this review.
it's really easy to get into and the skill ceiling is high but not as high as say, duck game.
the soundtrack absolutely bangs and the gameplay is fast and satisfying with some extremely fun modifiers that keep the game fresh, I recommend instagib with all perks that do nothing (anything to do with health and damage) disabled.
I haven't had any issues with online either (except a bug that stops a player from picking a perk causing them to get a random one from the available ones when the timer runs out).
last time it was on sale for 80% off and i suspect this'll happen again so keep an eye out.
get at least 2 of your friends to buy it and you'll have a great time.
I know I'll keep coming back for that high dopamine hammer slammer throw combo.
Remember that the train is out for blood.
and praise be to Survivor.

This style of game, a brawler/fight game/whatever this is is not typically what I would be interested in to be honest. My reaction time and button mashing skills are not high enough to be even remotely competitive with any human player with two eyes and two hands, and I feel like I remember getting destroyed by the easy bots, so this is probably just not the title for me.
Despite that - the game was fun, visually appealing, and engaging - even for someone that was really, really bad at it. As a party game, this would be pandemonium - easy to learn, difficult to master. For those reasons alone, I have to recommend it. Also, the music SPANKS.

What a hidden gem! Needs more updates tho

Review from Steam

Played this game both local shared screen, and online multiplayer
This game is an faultless and amazingly polished arena brawler
The perk system is insanely well designed and means its anyone's win right up until the last match
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a brawler to play with friends

Review from Steam

This is one of the best themed games available on Steam and it gives you a fantastic couch multiplayer experience. My only regret is that the dev team didn't continue adding more content. This by far doesn't mean it isn't worth what they charge, but merely I would gladly have paid more should it had eventually offered up such to purchase.

Review from Steam

Hard to find online games, not much map variety, BUT its fun and supports local and bots, which makes it worth it in my opinion.
I would suggest this one with friends!
