Very fun with mods and cheats

Hello Neighbor has its good points, however they are few and far between. The house progressively gets more goofy as the game continues, eventually resembling the Winchester Mansion- but replace the stairways that lead nowhere with doors that open to the outside with no landing on the other side.
Honestly the game looks pretty good and the neighbor is definitely interesting to be chased by as he can vacuum you from a shelf/ledge you are on above him, scale walls to get to you and bust through windows. Pro Tip: make sure you take advantage of his slow ascending/descending speed with ladders!
The Puzzles can be pretty obscure to figure out. A good one to point out is that you eventually need to glitch an item into a box to flip a switch. Platforming is a bit wonky (and honestly my weakest point personally) but at the very least it's interesting.
The story is pretty simple (though I do know that there are books that likely explain the lore better), about what you would expect where at the end the game tries to gain sympathy for the neighbor despite he clearly being an antagonist for a good reason.
TL;DR good graphics and chases, awkward platforming and puzzles, simple story.
Oh! Be ready to turn down the volume in the grocery store and school, unless you like ear-piercing clicking that is.

This game is... Interesting
Graphics: decent
Platforming: never played worse
Glitcheness: very few glitches yet almost all the ones it does have are game breaking
lore: uh read the books you will never decipher the lore with this game
Quality: I like it but it needs major re-working
If you hate cliche endings, dont play past chapter/part 2 imagine the end of chapter 2 is the ending

Hello Neighbor is an adventure game about an annoying neighbor where the player has the task of sneaking into the house, finding out what the ominous neighbor is hiding without being seen by him. At the same time, the artificial intelligence of the neighbor remembers our actions and tries to resist them.

Good game but not worth the price ! The story is engaging, even if you have to watch the other opuses to have the follow-up. The gameplay is nice but there is a loooooooooot of bugs that ruins it, and the riddles don't always make senses. If you can have it for 5 bucks, buy it, otherwise pass you way.

Act 1 is soooo amazing.. Why did it take me 4 hours to beat that glitch trap.

great gameplay, had a blast playing it. the artstyle (while i prefer the original door texture from pre alpha and alpha 1) is great and its a really fun puzzle game mixed with a little bit of horror. recommended. 9.5/10
