Its pretty good, but Brookenhaven is a better bet. I don't think it is worth it at it's current price, but I enjoy playing it some. Get it on sale. Not neaer woth $10 at it's current state. Needs more polishing and work. Hope the devlopers work more on this game and do some stuff to differenciate itself from other shooters like brookenhaven. The monsters are cool and the weapons are well done.

Awesome game for local coop play; the monsters keep on coming - super fun for two people both in VR in the same room at the same time - worth the money

It’s another monster wave shooter, and there’s nothing wrong with that if you ask me, since I love shooting me some monsters! Game play is solid and frantic, the graphics and sound are right where they need to be. It’s fun that you can have “Michelle” – a conspicuously curvaceous AI friend – there to help you out, something I haven’t seen in other wave shooters. Survival mode is tough, you certainly don’t earn enough money to buy all the gear you want, and might find yourself, in a later level, needing to purchase just health, and stuck with a low level pistol. Yikes! Thumbs: UP!

My initial thoughts:
Worth it for the price and you'll have some fun.
The variety in weapons and monsters is very impressive and one of the coolest and most stand-out features is the gun models and handling, they feel and perform amazingly good.
he AI companion is a waste of time to be honest, and she fails to be able to prevent the bulk of monsters attacking you and herself.
It's sad to see the AI companion swarmed by monsters, slowly dying and being unable to defend herself. (Dev's at least make the AI more adapt at killing the monsters) OR I would have prefered a slow turning auto-turret with precision shots.

Well made game. Could be made better if it wasn't as repetitive. Perhaps a story mode?

Highly recommend this game. It's fun, the weapons feel nice, the animation is nice, the environments are nice, sound design needs work because it's hard to hear footsteps, the AI companion is actually helpful AND can be upgraded. Only complaint is that brightness controls are needed because the game can be too dark sometimes but it's not by any means unplayable.
Another issue is that when you get a handgun with a big flash on it and get close to the chaperone they become too bright to see anything beyond the gun without a light of some kind which comes back to brightness controls. Either way, still a barrel of fun and I would recommend to all doom slayers who like kicking demon ass because that's exactly what you feel like when you play this game. 9/10 would recommend.
PS: if anyone has work arounds then please leave a comment. Thanks!
