I hope that the developer (it is one person!!) gets to read this. GREAT JOB! I mean that completely and totally. a few quirks aside the game is beautiful and well thought out. the progression pacing is well done and keeps you engaged. it's hard to work on any project alone without anyone to bounce ideas off of who is equally as engaged but I hope this offers some encouragement.
At one point, pretty early on, after 10 hours or so because I didn't see the next step in the game progression I thought I was done with the currently released content and I STILL thought that you delivered a great experience. I was overjoyed to find that I had only completed maybe 15% of the game at that point.
It is an indie game that a single person created. Please consider that when you write your reviews. Imagine that you know them and how many all-nighters they have put in. Furthermore, say it like someone who have just met and that you care about impressing is listening to what you say and how you say it.
I wish there was a "Buy the developer a coffee" option in game to show my appreciation. You did a great job!

I've only gotten as far as the industrial era so far, but that being said, I see so many things that are done right on the game that many other games absolutely fail at i.e. You start out with plenty of inventory space to be able to do the things you need to do without playing inventory management the whole time. You can also carry a ton of resources and are only limited in sprinting when overloaded. Also, the default movement speed feels great, so running isn't as necessary most the time anyway. The community baskets are linked which makes the inventory system even better, it's basically like a game after the modding community fixes the things Devs screw up all the time making things unnecessarily annoying for players. So for a solo creator to have made this is to be commended. I don't have to make ammo or use an inventory spot for ammo either which is nice. Food drains a little faster than I would like but nothing bad at all. The game looks beautiful through everything I have seen so far. It would be a little more fun if it was co-op, but would also probably make the storyline harder to manage, The different eras are cool to see and play around, jumping back and forth is nice too. No getting bored with the same scenery all the time. The game is priced in a good spot between $15-$20 and better than a good amount of overpriced early release games by full blown companies. The game is relaxing, sound is fitting to the areas and times. Overall, I am pleased and look forward to continuing forward with the game to see how far it goes and what it has to offer. Good Job, if you found a way to easily make this a multiplayer/co-op experience (no PVP), I think it could become a great community IP game people would enjoy.

TL;DR: Game is enjoable, if you can ignore fact, that it's asset flip without any story
Is it great game? For me, no. Is it enjoyable? For me, yes. If you are looking for well polished game with in-depth mechanics or good story, this game is not for you. If you are looking for a chill survival game, this game is for you. It's not too hard once you understand how to dodge (I recommend changing it to alternative control, it's easier in my opinion). I started the game knowing it's asset flip, but I wasn't looking for fancy game. What brought me here is interesting mechanism of travelling between maps/eras. Game progression is fast, no story or explaination what is happening and why, but the survival essence is there. And that's good, because I came here looking for survival game, not rpg or strategy game. Overall, I would rate the game as solid 6,5/10 maybe even 7/10 when compared to a lot of survival games.

30 hours of entertainment was worth the price. I took my time, enjoyed the different time periods. No replay value though.

First off, I completely understand the negative opinions on this game and why ya'll might not enjoy it. As a lover of Survival games myself, I have played MANY Asset Flip type of games, some great, some leaving me very disappointed. This game however, even IF purchased from the Unreal Engine Store and used in the game is actually pretty damn fleshed out. The 'gliding' mechanic that is so highly disliked is actually part of the combat mechanics as well to allow you to dodge incoming attacks from enemies. Just because some may fat finger the shift button, or not read the instructions on how to change that option to an alternate method, doesn't mean it's a horrible movement mechanic in the game. I have 10.3 hours into the game, haven't gotten past the Industrial Age just yet but I am working on it. Could there be some story added in? I wish.... could there be a little more give in to the worlds you travel to? Sure. However this game was also not meant to be a 'hardcore' game and more so meant for casuals from what I have gathered of it so far. It's not a bad game at all, it's a great time passer, even though a tiny bit annoying having to go BACK to the Dino Age just to get leather when I got Elephants, Rhinos, Bears, etc. in other worlds.....
So he was rude? Alright? So what? I'm sure if someone told you that your hobby or creations were garbage you'd take offense as well and curse said individual behind their backs or behind your PC screen when not recording just to not come off as a turd yourselves. This dev just so happened to simply state their own piece publicly, nothing wrong with that. I for one played Karagon, hell when Windows FIrewall Protection popped up and showed me to allow access to Karagon when I installed Grand Emprise I was like..... really? The dev has some really good ideas here for an Early Access title, perhaps something to kick start them off before getting a little more imaginative and perhaps building the world themself. Whether they will or not is up in the air, but the game isn't a cash grab or garbage in the slightest. As far as the price goes, $18 is pushing it just a little and I would suggest going with a $10 sale price, at least until or if the dev adds more to the game or creates custom content of their own design.
Would I suggest this game for any hardcore survival fans out there expecting something like SCUM, RUST, DayZ or ARK? No. This is really a good time passer and a neat little game as it stands currently (hopefully worked on more), that helps give your inner completionist a hug when you max out a tech tree. The dev spent their money to make a hobby game, not a AAA title. The negativity flowing through arrogant brains who expect too much more is astounding, do better.

Great game. Very impressive for something that was made by one dev. Can't really undestand the recent negative reviews though. At the time of this writing Steam achievement says that 18.7% of people have reached the industrial era. So I really dont get why people are complaining when they dont even play the game properly. Really seems to be people looking for attention. I'm really having a blast with this game.

This game was fun. That being said I think it lacks a consistent art style, and has a few graphical glitches (Mostly to do with water reflections.) If the developer ever reads this I would suggest adding a way to choose where you teleport back to. Example being between your base, and your last vehicle. For a game made by one person, it was done very well.
