About the Game
In GONNER2, our altruistic and unexpected hero Ikk is back! And this time Death needs his help. Her lair has been taken over by a mysterious presence and she needs Ikk to take it down. Journey your way through deep dark chaotic places with sparks of unimaginable colour and crazy bosses, all while trying to literally keep your head!! GONNER2 is a procedurally generated platformer with roguelike elements that will keep you on your toes – now with more added, colour and chaos!

The sheer level of mechanical advancement this game has over its predecessor cannot be understated. It feels insane how much better this game feels to play.
That said, it is also a lot more cluttered and visually noisy to the point of detracting heavily from the gameplay experience. Unlike the first game, which was visually always clear, this game has a constant visual noisyness that makes it a mess. Despite that, I recommend it because the devs deserve support for their work. It's creative and inspired, despite being messy, and the first game is also messy.
