There is nothing really like Demon's Tilt on the market at the moment for digital pinball.
Merging the idea of a SHMUP with pinball is a genius idea that really works well.
The fact that you are striving for that elusive gold bullet to cash in the Gold Rush is an addictive gameplay feature that always has me coming back for more.
Definitely get the game if you want a refreshing and challenging take on Pinball.
Oh, and tilting really is your friend in this game.
You are given a generous number of nudges that are clearly illustrated at all times in the bottom of the screen.
The tilt bob is a skeleton head on a chain that bobbles around as you smash the table about.
The ball has a nice rainbow trail effect as well so you can track it as you tilt.
When you first start playing the game you will not have any idea about what is going on because there isn't a great deal of information to guide you around the table.
The "How to Play" section is also incredibly terse and not at all helpful to newcomers.
The main creatures don't get labelled clearly so when the right hand information pane says "hit _name of creature_ x times" you will probably not know what that means.
I think Adam expected you to know your mythology and understand what each of these creatures was called so you knew what to shoot and when.
The areas of the playfield are laid out into three zones and your ball will move between them through lanes and transitional ramps.
Given the game's graphical design, the boundaries of each playfield isn't that clear initially.
You'll wonder why your ball isn't falling back down from a playfield areas because there doesn't seem to be any visible separation between some of the walls.
So the game looks like chaos, but once you have several games you'll start to understand what to do.
There are some good community guides for the game out there as well that describe how to get the dark magic wizards modes.
I just wish this information was added into the game and laid out better.
Here's hoping that Xenotilt improves on the game comprehension elements because the core gameplay is very solid.

I play this game since day 1 but still don't understand what happen in my screen most of the time

I'm a traditional pinball guy - I like the ables produced by Williams, Stern, Gottlieb, etc.
I got this as a novelty, but you know what? It's actually quite good. I see now that they have made a new table called XENOTILT, and I expect i will pick that up soon too. I hope they keep producing this style of tables - they are actually very fun.
Not a traditional table, but I'd recommend it.

I LOVE this game. For what content there is it's really well made. My only complaint is the price being $20 and it only has one board. This board is really well made but it's hard to justify at its full price tag. I got it for $10 on sale and I think that's a worthwhile price.
This game is an absolute rush to play! The art is fantastic. The music drives you as you progress. This game is everything you would want out of a pinball game while breathing new exciting life into the genre with new mechanics.
9.5/10 - A thrilling arcade pinball game with interesting new mechanics. Just buy it on sale.
