Choo Choo Survivor

A fairly simple but engaging rogue-like that doesn't outstay its welcome.
The controls and game-play loop are both solid.
Very reasonably priced as it can be completed 100% in well under 10 hours.

A little bullet heaven roguelite not so different from vampire survivors, except here you've a train moving either left or right.
You'll get upgrades during a run and gold for meta progression giving you permanent upgrades and allows to unlock new trains with different stats and weapons. Stats don't mean much and some weapons are better than others, no matter how much you invest in them.
Fun for a few hours, but after unlocking certain trains/weapons, the game becomes extremely easy, even on hard mode. Bit of a grind to unlock everything though.
Nothing fancy, just allright.

Is the game good? No.
Is it well balanced? No.
Did I enjoy it and played until I got all achievements? Hell yeah!

If you like tower defense type games I say for a couple bucks this will be some fun. Though, i will say weapons and upgrades are great but you run out of runway to give you any reason for other unlocks. What i mean is there are 3 maps to beat and more than 10 unlock trains. So after beating the maps it's mostly back tracking for achievements so if your not a fan of that game is pretty short maybe something like 1-2hr to beat it. possible to win on first fun i think too, if your time.

Great game. Played till 100% completion. Loved it, but the grind was definitely annoying. Also, there is no blood in this game; nor are the zombies scary. After you get to a certain point the game is easy, but to get the achievements you have to patiently grind. If 0/10 is a game so bad that playing it makes you want to kill yourself or the developer and 10/10 is a game so good you would hands down tell everyone (even non-gamers) to play it before they die; then this game is 7/10 due to its simplicity in giving satisfaction.
This would have been a 8/10, but the late game grind is annoying.

A glorious horde survivors / bullet heaven game, starring a train. 10/10. Its only problem, at the start (before buying main menu upgrades) it is very easy to get stuck in far too quickly and too many zombies spawned ahead, creating a strange kind of bottleneck gameplay...

Fun bullet heaven game that has a train. If your into bullet heaven games then give it a try, not much depth but its enjoyable for the price
