A Review from someone who plays Eroges for plot/gameplay and not the r-18:
I personally love the Camp Buddy series and feel they do a good job at balancing comedy with emotions. This game is by far better that Camp Buddy, but it still has the charm. The music for the game is also well done in my opinion. Emilia's theme is iconic and I find myself humming it. The routes are interesting and I love getting to know more about the characters. The minigames are also extremely fun! Yuri's voice actor change was a bit jarring when I first played the game, but it grew on me. It was also nice seeing Yuri treated as more of a character instead of a stereotype. I love her relationship with the tech guy too. They're so funny. The art also has improved a lot! Keep in mind, this is a BARA game though so if you're looking for the twinks from Camp Buddy this is not for you at all. All the characters except the women and a couple side characters are buff guys.
The only major criticism I have for this is that I wish the story was a bit better in the last part of it, but otherwise, it has that cheesy BL and dating sim charm! A must have for anyone who likes cheesy games with some really emotional moments. I never regret buying this game as it brings me a kind of happiness most dating sims cannot.

Honestly, for a spicy VN....10/10. I've seen reviews where people review it like its some triple a studio game and I have to laugh. Its a fun, gay, spicy visual novel. Is the writing cheesy sometimes and relies on cliches? YES ITS A FREAKING SPICY VISUAL NOVEL!!! I have enjoyed it immensely and I love the art and the depth of each character. Props to the developers!

For some reason this gay NSWF game has a very deep and interesting plot, VERY good graphics and you can fu<k your best friend's father.
Most of the characters has their charm, the romance feels natural and i wish there were more routes.
Besides the lack of routes options, the only problem its their previous game, Camp buddy. Wich I think is very wierd that half the routes are boys who even tho are supposed to be more then 18 they look like 13 year olds.
This game fixes that and the next upcoming game "Josk studio" also tries to make their characters more adult looking, (except for the blonde guy that looks like he is 15).
Also, pls stop with the fujoshi trope.

The plot happens to be pretty deep from time to time. The game itself is interesting and I’d play it even without the *scenes*. Overall, it’s a cute game.

it's missing a mini game. there should've been a mini game on Goro's route Day 81 at night, but it just skip some of the dialogues I've watched from streamers, that's why there are missing on the blog mini game, and I couldn't unlock the second to the last GC on the Panda album. smh I am disssapointed.

CB:SS is an adult visual novel. I haven't played the original Camp Buddy, so this is my first contact with the series.
I think the main creator is probably Filipino? So not a western work, something Asian but not Chinese/Korean/Japanese. Just something a bit different in the BL game world. Probably.
Dialogue? Not particularly ambitious, but coherent and consistent enough.
You romance two love interests:
- Goro, who can be either a dom top or a sub top (depending on your choices)
- Aiden, who can be a bottom or a switch (although the game incorrectly calls that route "Top Aiden")
A few technical comments:
- Every time you open the game, there’s a disclaimer. It gets old.
- You're supposed to have 96 save slots, but I only had 16. Possibly a bug. Still, with only two love interests, I managed.
- You can't save during dialogue choice screens
- Not all dialogue is fully voiced.
- There’s no option to toggle voice for individual characters, which would be nice.
- Lovense conectivity. It is a big innovation... but there were issues. I spend a lot of time trying to get it to work. I have some theories about why it finally did, but nothing conclusive. Either way, I would’ve preferred a smoother experience.
- Apparently, two scenes are missing in the Steam version due to Steam’s odd censorship policies. A patch would be the ideal solution (like those used by JAST Blue, or The Sims modding scene)
Overall, a decent BL VN with some unique features. Could use some polish, but it delivers what it promises.

its a good game but i really wish they add the removed content from the other version to the steam version, because we getting this for the same price but for less content.
