Warning note - At the top of the sewer level there is a spinning light that aims to make the jumping harder, I'm not sure if something could like this could cause epilepsy issues, it did give me a bit of a real life headache, but thought it would be worth mentioning just in case.
Bunny Hop is a charming, lovely piece of work, but is also short and sweet. It feels like it would be something that speedrunners would love to sink their teeth into and perfect.
The sprite work is a treat to look at, the Bunny character has multiple unlockable skins as well that can be unlocked throughout the game which includes funny ones and some cute ones. The graphics does have it's weak points - for instance inside the apartment the doors look quite bland, but that is one small section in the grand scheme of things.
When it comes to plot there is nothing serious or over the top, a bunny just wants to get high up to look at the stars is what I gathered.
Controls are simple and to the point, but can become challenging, it can be difficult to know just how far, or high, you're going to jump but after a bit of time you can just 'feel' the correct amount of power needed to make a jump. I experienced one glitch where I had somehow jumped out of bounds, luckily the menu allows a 'respawn' option that will put you somewhere safe, this allowed me to continue fairly close to where I'd gotten stuck without having to start completely over again - a very nice option!
Furthering my thoughts as to why Bunny Hop appears to be aimed at Speedrunners is that it also includes a 'Speedrun timer' which will let you get a sense of how quickly you completed the game, after completing a run I was unsure of where I could find this time if it was saved anywhere (managed a 1:57).
The music is very calming and soothing when trying to land jumps, again there were some issues I had with the music, the music didn't seem to fade out gracefully, it would just cut and then loop and could become jarring. Some tracks are, in my opinion, noticeably better than others. There was also no music during the credits which was a bit strange.

Intro
Think of it this way. It's like jump king, with lesser levels and with cuter avatar =)
What I like
- Short game
- Can be finished in 1stream
- Can be speedrunable
- Dev is contactable to on twitter and willing to fix bugs
What I Don't like
- No achievements
- The respawn point isn't at the starting of the stage but its at 2-3 stages before.
- The falling (obviously)
Others
- Throughout the gameplay, encountered 3 bugs, 2 of which are informed to the dev
- The game was stream on

Definitively on the easier side of the foddian games, it is still really fun. An interesting take on the jump king mechanics, where you have a long jump, and a high jump and need to use a mix of both. Some puzzle and moving block which make it different also
Map isn't really punishing but i liked it. Wish there was more foddian game like this
If you have a hard time with the puzzle click the spoiler stars
The game also has an endless mode if you want to test your skill instead of memorization like other jump king like

The game felt clunky, frustrating and unforgiving at first, but pretty soon the hopping controls grew on me, and the challenging jumps started to feel rewarding.
The graphics and musics are lovely and relaxing in contrast to the harsh difficulty.
The game is quite short, which I personally don't mind that much. Still felt I would've liked a few more levels.

Very cool and creative game, this game very new and yes i had my fair share of bugs and glitches that made me restart, but developers are always active on this game! I would give it a try! Short and sweet, also its good for speed running and to relax. I played the whole game several times and uploaded a full play through on it! (no-commentary)

I love bunnies, my friend had wanted to buy me a quick game under $10, and I had come upon this and my goodness it's adorable! Now don't get me wrong, it's super hard for me personally but I love the mechanics, and how the game looks overall.
As a short game, it's personally one of my few favorites given that it's also quite small in terms of how many people have found it. It's such a cute, enjoyable n' peaceful game for if you just wanna open something & play real quick given you can save about anywhere. Now I have run into a bug here or there but who doesn't? It's perfect either way, please check it out for yourself to really experience it! <33

I enjoyed the game. Took an hour to beat. The art is pretty, and the music is serene. Though in my opinion, a lot of screen transitions were annoying as you'd have to fail them once just to see what's next. I also found making an input too quickly after hitting the ground didn't register which led me to fall a couple of times nearing the end.
