Blood Wizard Odyssey

seems like an awesome game, and i really want to play it, but when i went to open it it refused to play anything. and now its stuck trying to close itself. update: i figured out how to close it (i have to force shutdown steam) but its not showing up in the task bar or even opening, yet i cant open the game because "its already running"

Fun little RPG that doesn't take itself seriously and will get some decent chuckles out of you. gets repetitive if you play over long sittings, but never intolerably so. I had some issues with audio crackling and screen tearing, but it could just be a a problem with my current setup. Special mention goes to the soundtrack which is way better than it has any reason to be, good enough for me to download it separately.

it was a really fun game, doesnt take up much storage, and diddnt cost anything. Overall i really like the game c:

Genuinely hilarious game. The story is borderline nonsensical to the point where it’s difficult to tell what the game is supposed to be parodying. I’ve played it three times and loved it all three.
The only problem is that there’s an extremely game-breaking exploit where repeatedly casting certain spells, like those that stun enemies or put them to sleep can trivialize every fight in the game because, even though those status effects end when enemies take damage, they still lose their turn for the round they were disabled. Considering it’s been almost two years since the last update, I don’t think anything will be done about it, but try not to abuse that exploit if you want to actually enjoy the combat.
