The Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, along with introducing a new district, storyline, and equipment, also expands your character's upgrade possibilities. As you explore Pawnee City, you can acquire new abilities or significantly enhance existing skills in your cyberware through special biochip points that can be obtained from Militech terminals. In this guide, we will provide information on the locations of all the Militech terminals in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
Biochip points comprise a separate character upgrade system that is independent of your level and available perk points. It is a self-contained system divided into three main categories: reprogramming, emergency camouflage, and vulnerability analysis. You have the opportunity to unlock all of these abilities by simply finding all the Militech terminals, and in this article, we will tell you where to find them. In total, there are nine such terminals hidden in the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion.
It's worth noting that all of these terminals and relic points are exclusive to the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion and are located in the exclusive district of Pawnee City. These collectibles are unique items, and all six relic points from this story will be available by the time you complete the main mission 8: "Birds with Broken Wings."
Now, let's take a look at the locations of each of the Militech terminals:
Militech Terminal #1 — Petrochem Stadium
This terminal is located at the local stadium in the northern part of Petrochem, not far from the car purchase terminal. Go upstairs near the Militech tank and find the terminal in a small room behind the vending machines.
Militech Terminal #2 — On the Balcony
You can find this terminal near the Heavy Hearts club. Exit the stadium, go down the stairs on the right, and head towards the club's entrance. There is a concrete staircase next to the club. Go up and straight ahead to find the data terminal by the right wall.
Militech Terminal #3 — In an Abandoned Building
The terminal is located near the headquarters of the Voodoo Boys. Head to the nearest fast travel point near the location marked on the map. Opposite this location is the entrance to their camp. Like the Barghest gang members, the Voodoo Boys are hostile to you. To proceed further, you'll need to defeat them or sneak into the building. You need to get inside and go up the stairs to the next room. The data terminal is on the left side of the room behind one of the support columns. However, before you get the biochip point, you'll have to fight Ayo Zarain, a hostile netrunner armed with cyber weapons that allow him to dodge long-range attacks and attack V.
Militech Terminal #4 — In the Tunnels
This Militech terminal is relatively easy to find. Head to the location marked in the screenshots above. You'll find the terminal right under the overpass in one of the wall niches, often inhabited by homeless people.
Militech Terminal #5 — At the Abandoned Parking Lot
Opposite the Los Osos building, you'll find another structure that looks like a long-abandoned parking lot. Head upstairs to the second floor and go straight. The Militech data terminal is on the left side of the location, next to some graffiti that should help you identify it.
Militech Terminal #6 — In the Tech Park
To find the next data terminal, head to the Terra Cognita tech park marked on the map above. Enter the building and keep to the right to find the ESC Explorer Hall exhibition hall. Inside the store with mannequins, you'll find the terminal.
Militech Terminal #7 — Cress Street
This terminal is located on Cress Street, where you can get new apartments. It's not the best apartment for V, but it's a great hideout in such a dangerous area. Moreover, another terminal is hidden in the same building. You can find it by taking the elevator from the apartment to the first floor. The terminal is located in the right part of the underground area behind a pile of garbage. You can also get here without buying the apartment. Reach the terminal by going to the fast travel terminal on Cress Street and proceeding past the elevator.
Militech Terminal #8 — Barghest Tunnels
This terminal is quite challenging to find. Exit the apartment on Cress Street (or use the fast travel point) and head down the road to the right until you see a group of armed Barghest members guarding a gate. Beyond the gate is the entrance to the tunnels beneath the city. Either defeat the enemies or sneak past them and continue until you reach a large room with a locked door on the left. If you have 12 points in Technical Ability, you can hack it. If your stats aren't high enough, go down to the lower part of the room and keep to the left. There's a hidden grate that leads under the floor. From there, you can climb the stairs and enter the room behind the door. The terminal is located in this room, and if you proceed further, you'll encounter a particularly tough enemy, Ulmer.
Militech Terminal #9 — Across from the Heavy Hearts Club
The final terminal in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is easy to find. It's located right across from the Heavy Hearts Club, which you'll visit as part of a side quest. You can also simply come here by following the map marker provided. The terminal is inside a ruined building on the second floor.
With this information, you now know the locations of all the Militech terminals in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, which will help you upgrade your cyberware and unlock new abilities for your character in this thrilling expansion.
