Locations of the Rune Tablets
Rune Tablet with Cracks
The first Rune Tablet can be found in Fitzroy's Gorge, inside a cave in the middle of the area. To locate it, cross Umbra's Bridge and proceed forward through a crack in the wall. This will begin your encounter with Drustan, and afterwards, you will find the Rune Tablet with cracks above the main path.
Broken Rune Tablet
The second Rune Tablet can be found in the Upper Calrath Mining District on the main path. After advancing deeper into the building, you'll open a door and encounter some enemies near a fireplace. Inside the fireplace, you will find the Broken Rune Tablet.
Rune Tablet
The final Rune Tablet is located in a chest in the Tower of Penance. To find it, descend several floors down to a level with a grated floor, where the chest is situated.
The choice between freeing Spark or giving him the Rune Tablets awaits you after collecting the last Tablet.
