Guide to All Monsters in Lethal Company

Cooperative horror games are becoming increasingly popular, and Lethal Company is no exception. In this article, we will explore various monsters that players encounter in the game and provide tips for effectively dealing with each of them.

Monsters Roaming Outside

During the game, you'll encounter various monsters wandering the streets during the day. Most of them are harmless, and you can even approach them, taunting and observing their unresponsive reactions. However, be cautious of less peaceful bees and baboon hawks.

Roaming Locust

Upon hearing the buzzing of this creature, there's no need to panic - they are completely harmless. Simply approach them, and the locust will likely flee, providing you with a safe space.

Manticoil

Manticoils, bird-like creatures with four wings, are found outside and pose no threat. They feed on small insects, and while you can destroy them using melee weapons, be prepared to get up close before attacking.

Circuit Bee

Although bees are usually harmless, they will attack those within their range to defend their hive. You can steal from the hive for credits, but be cautious - upon entering their zone, immediately run to the ship to avoid their aggression.

Baboon Hawks

These monsters usually move in groups and may provoke you to attack. Moving in a group can deter them, but be careful - baboon hawks can attack first and deal critical damage, making vigilance essential, especially during a mass assault.

Monsters Inside Lethal Company Buildings

Inside Lethal Company buildings, a variety of monsters, from common to rare but deadly, await. In this article, we'll examine the features of each monster and provide recommendations for effective interaction to ensure your safety.

Hoarding Bug

This monster is commonly encountered inside complexes. It makes distinctive clicking sounds while moving, and attention to its property can lead to aggression. While it inflicts minimal damage, be prepared to flee after a potential conflict. A shovel or "Stop" sign can be used for its easy destruction.

Snare Flea

Snare Flea hang from the ceiling and walls, waiting for passersby. When activated, they start pursuing their victim. It's essential to avoid their touch, or you'll lose consciousness. Use a shovel or "Stop" sign to deal with them, especially in combination with ally support.

Spore Lizards

These lizards with a purple sphere on their tail are mostly harmless, but their spores can affect your vision. Approach them cautiously, especially in dead ends, to avoid minor damage. Optimal interaction involves a group or having allies present.

Hygrodere

This slow monster can corner you, dealing significant damage after a few touches. Avoid contact by jumping over it and use a shovel or "Stop" sign to prevent its attack.

Bunker Spiders

Spiders in bunkers spin webs and attack those who enter. Avoid the web, destroy it with a shovel or "Stop" sign, and attack the spiders in a group using firearms.

Bracken (Flower Man)

This deadly humanoid pursues you, killing with a single blow. Gazing at it briefly may make it retreat, but be cautious - the creature is fast and dangerous. Use firearms and grenades for its destruction, achieving success through coordinated team actions.

Tampers

Tampers, land sharks, though deaf, have high speed and can detect you. To avoid their attacks, it's recommended to avoid straight-line movement and use turns to throw them off. While tampers can be destroyed with a shovel, it's better to attack them while on railings to avoid a counterattack.

Coil-Head

These mannequins require constant attention, or they start blocking passages. Despite their static appearance, they can move when you're not looking. The best survival method is to move with a partner, ensuring a constant gaze on the mannequins and helping with orientation.

Jesters

After appearing, the imp will initially walk until it spots a victim. Then it starts pursuing. In the third phase, it becomes one of the most dangerous Lethal Company monsters. It will chase the closest person relentlessly, with no regard for obstacles. They can't hear or see anything, but that doesn't stop them from pursuing their victim. Hiding is impossible! Try to leave the building to get rid of the pursuit.

Ghost Girl (Girl in the Red Dress)

Only one player can see this ghost, so if you're playing solo, you're out of luck. In addition to being visible, you can recognize the girl by the muffled sound or giggling and heavy breathing. If the ghost starts chasing you, it will try to touch you, leading to instant death. In general, find an ally as soon as possible or get outside.

Monsters Hunting in the Night

Most likely, you will encounter the creatures listed below closer to the end of the missions. The game itself mentions that you should not stay outside when darkness falls.

Forest Keeper

The Forest Keeper is a huge monster that emits loud sounds during movement. If you hear stomping, try to keep your distance. If you manage to escape to the ship, the Forest Keeper will stay outside and wait. So be careful when trying to exit. If the Forest Keeper catches you, it will immediately eat you. However, you can save an ally swallowed by the giant using a flashbang. After that, immediately get out of its line of sight or head towards the ship (if it is nearby).

Eyeless Dogs

As the name suggests, eyeless dogs are blind, so the best way to avoid them is to crouch and make as little noise as possible. If a dog hears you, it will rush in your direction. Roaring will also attract other dogs to you. You need to reach the ship as soon as possible: if a dog catches you, it will instantly kill you.

You can kill eyeless dogs, but it's a difficult process, especially if there are several dogs. You need to distract them with noise, stun them with an explosive gun, and only then approach and finish them off with a shovel.

Earth Leviathan

Earth Leviathans usually travel underground, and you can only see them as a large red spot on the radar. If you hear a rumble and see flying clumps of dirt, try to run away as far as possible. You can't kill the Leviathan — just try to run to a safe place.

Remember, effective teamwork, communication, and strategic use of resources are key to surviving the night in Lethal Company. Stay vigilant, adapt to each monster's behavior, and work together to overcome the challenges that await you in the darkened world of Lethal Company.
