There are only 6 notes in these areas. According to the storyline, you need to explore the prison area first. Also, the items found in the prison will help you obtain notes in the Arsenal zone.
Notes in the Prison Area
Note №1: Note on the location of the wrench
You need to reach the prison storage. Break the door leading to it. To the right of the door, next to the ventilation, you will find the note.
Note №2: Update on the prisoner
Using the wrench, you need to enter the warden's office through the same ventilation grate. Inside the office, there is a table with a note on it.
Note №3: Permission for military tribunal
At the beginning of the prison zone, find the door labeled "Processing." Break it. To the right, you will find a nightstand with documents secured with a chain. Cut the chain and search the cabinet. One of the drawers holds a note.
Note №4: Reynard is dead
You will find the last note right there.
Notes in the Arsenal
To find the notes in this area, you need to leave the bunker. Follow the signs that say "to the tunnels." After clearing the rubble, use bolt cutters to cut the chain on the door of the storage room. Drain the water by pulling two levers. One lever is near the door, and the other is on the other side of the room.
Note №5: Tussan's Madness
When the water recedes, head towards the bunker exit. On the way, you will come across a camp consisting of tables and tents. Search one of the tables. Next to the note, you will find gouged-out eyes.
Note №6: Comment on Noyer's report
Search the nearby crates. The last note in the Arsenal will be inside one of them.
