Chasing Sunsets
Follow the story of a young man returning home after years abroad, suddenly faced with the prospect of shouldering life-changing responsibility and stirring the embers of a repressed childhood love.
This sprawling tale will take you from the Boston suburbs to Russia, Sicily, Tunisia, and the fictional island nation of Tonalu, where you will cooperate (or compete) with your estranged sister to fulfill your parents’ final wishes.
Against the backdrop of a looming lawsuit, a landmark medical breakthrough, and the sudden appearance of a beautiful and quirky investigative reporter with a keen interest in your family, you will make the choices and cultivate the relationships that will determine what kind of man you become…And what kind of woman you want by your side.
Experience an emotional adventure where choices matter, and branching paths lead to at least eight possible unique endings. And don’t forget to enjoy the sexy company along the way!

This is my second AVN after Leap Of Faith (which is totally awesome). Ignoring the 'adult' content (which is fine) what i like about this is the characterisation and the dialogue. Many times I laugh out loud and many more times i smile. This is good writing and well worth the price of entry. If Leap Of Faith is 9/10, this is 8.5

Beautifully written. The characters are engaging; the dialogue feels real; the animations and visuals are on point. At the time of this writing, Chasing Sunsets is second only to Being a DIK, an it's a rather close second.
Edit: This edit is after the 'full' release of the game. It bothers me a bit that the game has released from EA without the Epilogue. While an Epilogue is not necessarily an integral part of the story, its eventual inclusion does suggest that the work is, as yet, incomplete. Even if the main plot has been 'resolved,' if there's more to say, there's more to say.
I don't mind waiting for more content to come out; I've waited years and the developers/writers have done such amazing work! Truly worth the wait. But if significant content - and I think this label would include tying up loose ends and finishing the story - is incoming, then I feel the work isn't fully complete despite being presented as such.
At any rate, this bothers me, but I still love the game. I believe the developers have been wonderfully transparent about their work over the years, and I would happily support another project by them. But I'll confess at wondering what the logic was behind releasing the game from EA without the Epilogue.
I guess what bothers me about it is that it *feels* duplicitous. I don't mean to suggest that these developers have necessarily been duplicitous; they may have other motives. And as I said, they've been open and communicative. But I've experienced this kind of EA release before, where you pull up the product only to find that more content is incoming despite the absence of an EA label. I don't think Steam really monitors releases, so I wonder sometimes if EA products are released early to 'game the system' and present as a full product when they aren't.
But maybe I'm nitpicking and am just a little 'miffed' that I have to wait another half year to really get the full experience. Ah well. You should still buy it!

This maybe my favorite VN I have ever played.
Every girl is absolutely gorgeous and the romantic scenes are the best.
The game has 1 big problem, it starts off, a guy walks into a bar and tells the bartender he's has a story to tell. An hour later, he's telling the bartender he's has a story to tell. For the next hour, he tells the story, Go through that, the rest of the game is gold

Chasing Sunsets sets a bar high indeed. For me, curiosity about Adult Visual Novels has evolved into collection of 63 of them. They range in quality from 'meh' to superb. Chasing Sunsets is superb! I can think of maybe 4 others that give it any serious competition in any way. In my opinion, Chasing Sunsets is cheap at its non sale price of $9.99! Kudos to the Stone Fox guys! One of my favorite things about this AVN is the cameos by characters from some of my other favorite AVNs! One of the things I just hate about this AVN is the fact it is not quite complete just yet, and I must wait (want to or not) to see how it all ends, or might end...and then there are those gallery scenes that didn't unlock...hmmm. As I edit this I have 500+ hours in this novel trying different answers to various questions, what's that all about...right.

I REALLY enjoyed this VN!
Story - 10/10
Models - 11/10
Scenery - 10/10
Animations - 10/10
Notes: I have completed my first runthrough of this game, and will be playing it again. There are lots of choices, with different paths which I really enjoy about a good VN. A lot of painpoints I find with other VN's I found that this game has so pleasantly addressed and thought of when I bought this game. Food details look really nice, fluid dynamics with tilted glasses and bottles are phenomenal, AND my greatest takeaway of all is the wet hair! Finally a game that shows a different state of hair due to wetness, such as swimming, or rain. This developer really thought of it all and I was supremely excited and engaged. The story had wonderful emotional impacts touching both love, humor, anger, sadness, and more. Lots of acheivements, 9 chapters is a lot of content I thought. And it was a very clever way to introduce an option for a sequel there at the end. Overall, this game was surprisingly good, and truly appreciate the dev's for their work on this novel.
The developer of this one really paid attention to details I can't help but look for in others. The scenes are gorgeous, the models and fantastic, each have a wonderful personality that lends well to the emotional and comedic traits. The story is addictive. I was fully immersed by the prologue. There is a point system that keeps the activities important to keep track of. The attention to the detail though, blows me away. I wish there was more food to see how that was. I have only seen a sandwich so far, but it looked good. Wet hair differences were a big hit for me, as it is often missed in every other VN I have played. Lighting and shadows are tremendously done. Reflections are very well done, glasses and mirrors. Facial expressions are tremendous, and really hit home with me. I have seen use of the MC model before in other VN's, but subtle changes make him unique enough, especially with the development of the MC over the story. There is a LOT of content for 9 chapters in the novel so far. It is EASY EASY EASY for me to say that I will be following this developer for a long time, and hope they come out with many more of equal and better quality as Chasing Sunsets! Worth the price, and the follow in my opinion. They have made a fan of me in one day.

I have played many adult story games, but this is one of the best written adult sex games that I have played in a very long time and should be added to any one’s game library. The background story and the choice of this game is captivating, excellently written and well thought out. The game consists of drama, suspense and down to earth real gut busting humor. The sex scenes and the story together complement one another, making the role-playing game more realistic to what really occurs in a real-life; when individuals care about one another, rather than just fulfilling a sex desire. If a player desires to cultivate some type of a lasting relationship with one or both primary female characters of the story. Think twice. You must work for it. My first play through, came to a quick end, halfway through the game when I was positively attempting to win the affection of both primary female characters. My second playthrough, I made to one of the story endings of this game. Although, I was happy to make it to one of story ending, I was also sad that I lost a role-playing relationship to accomplish this game ending that I did not expect to lose. Similar, to what occurs in real life, when we make choices, we don’t want to make. If you are into role playing, you will definitely… enjoy this game. If you are looking to having sex, every 60 seconds, this game is not for you. The game requires a level of adult male maturity and actual sexual experience, with real living females. Not a child in a man’s body, whose experience with females lies with their imaginary fantasy.

One of the best AVN's available on Steam. Always updates, never disappoints.
