I liked the game its a mixture of fun , relaxing , action game with 2D/3D Blend . The game features a minimalist art style with vibrant colors and clean lines that evoke a sense of calm and introspection. The animations are smooth, and the user interface is intuitive, making the gameplay experience seamless and enjoyable. The sound design complements the visuals perfectly. The game features a soothing, atmospheric soundtrack that adapts to the player's progress. The fight combos in each level is just amazing and breath taking i loved that part of the game . All characters are finely maded and are funny to see them while on a fight . Having straight up bad abilities: There are abilities that straight up breaks the ability to combo, such as an ability that extends your dash distance, but the extended distance will be way longer than the knockback distance you deal to enemies. Think carefully before you choose. If you're looking for a game that offers both a challenge and a touching story, "Quit Today" is definitely worth playing.

QUIT TODAY is a short and sweet beat em' up game. It is tagged "relaxing" because, unlike other games, this game has plenty of checkpoints (you can continue from the exact stage where you lost instead of repeating the entire floor) and you don't lose your upgrades and money when you eventually lose. It can be a bit difficult at times (especially at earlier stages when you haven't unlocked all the combat upgrades and companion summons) but if you persevere, you will eventually become so powerful and invisible that the combat becomes almost addicting and extremely satisfying. You'll be pulling off combos the reach over 1000!
There's a lot of things to praise here. The hand-drawn art style with the CGI backgrounds is beautiful. Each floor is unique and the enemies fit the theme and have different moves that you must learn to counter and overcome. All the companions are super adorable and useful when you're in a pinch. The soundtrack and animated cutscenes are awesome. There are mini-games to change the pace and reward you for performing well. Once you beat the game, this is a minor spoiler, you will find out there are multiple endings to unlock!!
I haven't encountered any bugs or glitches, and I was never blocked by the need to grind money or upgrades. It's a fairly easy-to-beat yet highly satisfying game. Thank you YOHCAN devs and Justdan International Co. for giving us this stress buster of a game! Quitting a job has never been this fun.

Quit Today looked interesting to me, it had a unique art style and fun visual aesthetic that I wanted to try and for the price? Honestly a really darn fun time, nothing super fancy but that said it played well enough and had a lot of fun mechanics and interesting designs to the game, it was kind of hard but it was never really unfair, even if it may have seemed so at times, there was always a way to beat what you were fighting, it's a fun, kinda silly time dood.

More depth review? Sure not much to say really though, it's a 2D beat em up, you go up a lift, you enter an arena, you beat peeps up until you reach the manager of that floor and wipe the floor with them, each floor you beat nets you a free skill of which you can choose one of and it will be a permanent passive effect or new combo as well as an extra surprise at the end I won't spoil other than saying more ways to make fighting fun dood!

The combo's are nice and simple, blocking is a little awkward (hold down, was never into that way of defending myself) you have a dash which is useless until you get a certain skill XD and ya can throw stuff, whether it's items you own or stuff laying around, there are even some fun mini game moments here and there which aren't all that hard and of course ya get money for stores to buy various things in as you go dood.

Music is fun enough and the flow of the game is quick, even to get back into if you somehow perish, you never lose much progress and as time goes on you can do stuff to replace your passive effects if you don't feel happy with them (I probably should have myself) and there seem to be multiple endings! Which I didn't go for XD sure I could look up a guide but honestly for replayabilities sake they could have maybe added an alternate mode or something like an arena floor or the like where you can grind on enemies for money and free extra skills and such or a start over with everything kinda deal as an option but it honestly made it a little awkward in that regard dood.

Huh I guess I did have a bit to say, yeah though it's a fun game I'm happy enough to suggest with a kind of funny angry office worker humour that got a giggle out of me a few times, hope this helps you decide on buying the game or not! Thank you for reading dood! ^-^

Great game and really enjoyed playing it. I bough this game this weekend, and even thought I am not a 2D action gamer, but the story is really funny (and quite immersive lol) and the action part is quite deep, player can equipment different skill sets to adjust the battle.
And I really like the supporting characters, they are FUNNNNNNN!!!! and I don't feel fight lonely!

Somewhat stress relieving. Wish I knew how to get the other endings, but, unfortunately, no guides....
