While this is not the current iteration of the franchise and thus not relevant for esports and competitive anymore, it is still a great fighting game in its complete form and you can get it on a sale for a low price, i paid 20 euros for the CE + Season pass 5 version. I don't care much about multiplayer so i can wait and get complete editions of older fighting games instead of paying through the nose for the more modern ones and all their DLCs. This runs like a dream at 4K on my AMD RX 6600 gpu. I do recommend this on a sale if you are interested in fighting games but mostly play single player. This does not have much in terms of story and single player content, but it has a large roster to try vs AI.

As for the game...
Awesome game, don't know about its quality when it came out, but now it's an amazing experience. Get the Championship edition and the upgrade V to get all characters and most outfits; I say most because some are still locked behind other DLC (scummy) and some are locked behind currency you get by playing matches, or the story mode for characters (you can't get this with real money, I think?).
The game also still has four locked stages even after getting this edition, but the remainder twelve or so (there's a ton) are unlocked and available to use.
I honestly really like the game, which is why I'm recommending it. I think Championship and Premium V are good value products and experiences, I just think is a bit scummy for Capcom to still lock some costumes and stages in more DLC; and even if those are very few.

It's Street Fighter V Champion Edition, it's great. Not sure what else could be said at this point. Online is pretty dead, but that's because you should be playing SF6! But I got this on a steam sale and it's been fun to play as well.
