"Laser League" - A Brilliant Concept Dimmed by Server Shutdown.
"Laser League" initially burst onto the scene with an innovative and thrilling take on multiplayer sports. The game's unique blend of fast-paced action and strategic thinking set it apart in the competitive gaming landscape.
The visuals were striking, with neon-lit arenas and dazzling laser patterns creating a visually stimulating experience. The variety of classes and abilities added depth to the gameplay, allowing for diverse playstyles and team compositions.
However, the disappointment arises from the unfortunate decision to shut down the game's servers. The community, once vibrant and active, now faces the disappointment of losing access to the online multiplayer component that made "Laser League" special.
Despite the server shutdown, it's essential to acknowledge the positive aspects of the game during its active lifespan. "Laser League" showcased the potential for innovation in the multiplayer genre and provided memorable moments for those who had the chance to experience its unique brand of competition.

Its hard to write this review because as of now the game is unplayable you just dont load into the title screen, but; If you do manage to get into the game it is so much fun to play with friends as a party game. If youre playing on the same screen it doesnt split because theres no need to and it makes this game so much better. It really is a shame that this game was abandoned because it had such high potential as a competitive game for esports, it honestly shoudlve replaced Rocket League.

Really really good game, especially for local multiplayer.
Unfortunately the game is longer available and the latest updates make it unplayable (because the game tries to connect to the servers, which are down since the game was taken down from steam).
In order to play it locally with friends, you need to manually work around that and install a previous steam version.
Check out the communityhub on how to do that

IDK, this game is really fun asf, very frustrating at times, and the gameplay is wholly unique. Nobody plays sadly and finding a lobby takes forever.

Fun competition type game. It is a fun gamer sport game that I had a fun short time with but I have no interest in continuing. Give it a shot if you like creative sporty games.

Really good game with a lot of potential that sadly died because the developer went bankrupt. I know you can't buy this anymore so this review is pretty pointless, but still this game was FUCKING AWESOME!!!
