From beautiful cityscapes and ocean roads to exploding enemy spaceships, Neon Drive has it all. It's inspired by the arcade games of the 80's, but set against a futuristic backdrop of glowing cyber-grid, all in silky-smooth graphics. Neon Drive brings you 8 amazing levels, adding up to hours of enjoyment. Each level features multiple twists and perspective changes, keeping you on your toes (err, wheels) throughout the gameplay. Neon Drive will put your mad dodging skills to a real test, mercilessly pushing the limits of your reaction time and short-term memory to avoid obstacles and dead-ends. Seriously, this game is wicked just when you think you've got the hang of it, it turns the table on you.

Absolutely infuriatingly difficulty for me, I don't know if I've uninstalled and reinstalled a game so much, or alt+f4'd out of a game so much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
but it's pretty fun. Makes me want to kms but it's pretty fun.
Honest criticism tho, the beat/music is OFF on level 2 I stg, never noticed it in any other levels but 2 is wack.

Beautiful game. I loved the visuals and soundtrack a lot. Game design is incredible, too. I expected the game to be repetitive but each level appeared to have a fully unique challenge.
It all started as a random purchase and the lauch of the game out of utter boredom, and ended up in me verily waiting for the new Neon Drive game from these developers.

One hell of a good game, soundtrack's a banger, gameplay is pretty fun, the retro theme was put together really good.
10/10 Game

I really don't like rhythym games but I keep coming back to this game, the way you learn to disengage and disregard your eyesight after having memorized the cues is so oddly satisfying... like learning riding a bike or swimming... I love it.

I got this game in 2016, I don't remember buying it, and I never played it.
Recently I decided to finally check it out, I am blown away by how genuinely fun it is.
These devs know how to cook.

Definitely worth a try if you like rhythm games (though some of the levels can make you bite off more than you can chew)
OSTs are great and doesn't easily get annoying. Do try it out even just for the retrowave aesthetic

After finishing up Neon Drive I would lightly recommend it. The visuals are great and the soundtrack and game play is largely great too. Large chunks of the game set the camera so low it's almost impossible to see traps before you can react. Plenty of times you're funnelled into 2 tunnels, one of which will kill you and the camera makes it impossible to know which is which until it's too late.
I also played on my Rog Ally at a piint and it struggled to maintain a steady 50 FPS without dropping the graphics setting (bit of a surprise).
Overall, Neon Drive is a visually stunning rhythm game that can hit an excellent flow state, but can have some rough gear changes.
