不思議な魅力のあるゲームです。傑作！とは言えないのですが、なんだかずっとブラブラしてしまいます。
こんな方におすすめ
・きれいな景色の中を歩き回るのが好き
・いろんなバイオームや季節ごとに変わるマップを楽しみたい
・石を拾ったり草をむしったりするのが好き
レビュー時点で30時間も遊んでいるので間違いなく楽しいのですが、何が楽しいのかと聞かれると答えに困るゲームです。というのもこのゲーム、一見するとファンタジーアドベンチャー＆牧場経営シミュレーションゲームのように見えるのですが、
・バトル一切なし
・パズル要素なし
・牧場経営要素（ほぼ）なし
という内容なのです。ストーリーも「仲間と出会い交流しながら謎を紐解いていく…」というよりは「行けない場所へ行けるようにがんばる」という感じのぼんやりしたものです。キャラクターや動物も特別かわいいわけでもなく（やや不気味の谷に差し掛かっている）、イメージイラストに描かれたうたたねをする少年のようなビジュアルのキャラクターは残念ながらいません。
と、ネガティブ寄りな注意点がいくつもあるのですが、とにかく先述の3点に当てはまる方はゆるゆるだらだらとハマってしまうこと請け合いです。これから後継作？のGrow: Song of the Evertreeもプレイするつもりです。楽しみすぎる！
