Really love my experience with it, is a unique concept and the art is really amazing, there's a good wholesome vibe about it that haven't found in other games!
100% would recommend.

A cute and relaxing walking simulator type game where you can just aimlessly explore a generated fantasy world. The game is in an early state and it shows in the funky animations, graphics, and collision detection, but I also see plenty of promise. My main gripes so far are with the UI, which feels optimised for mobile touch controls rather than mouse and keyboard. Overall, it's the kind of game you jump into when you don't want to use your tired head at the end of a long day and just want to chill, and I really like that.

This is more a virtual environment than a game right now, which is fine by me! I like cozy games and this right now is definitely one. You can walk around the world and collect objects which can be given to various animals who will then let you ride them. There are even pirate ships! Arr!

Not my normal type of game and generally not a normal type of game but I find that I enjoy it. It's similar to a game I love that I always have kept installed called FUGL (bird). Anyway the environment is very passive and the music is relaxing and it seems like the only current goal in EARLY ACCESS has been to collect spells and ride/pet the animals. It's really cute. I hope it gains traction so devs build an even greater experience. So far my favorite activity has been to ride the dragon which you can do by feeding it. There is nothing to kill and nothing seems to be able to kill you. The most difficulty I had was in the dungeon which was really not difficult. I purposely jumped into the lava to see if I'd die (the double jump and glide trivialize these simple trials), and you don't even after seventeen times. You vanish before you touch the lava and a red ball transports you to the last ledge. I wish more games let you just enjoy them this way. My biggest issue is with navigating the simple menu and graphic modifiers. I can't seem to follow a consistent graphic setting which is odd but then again, my machine is very dated and maybe the options are working flawlessly with an inept monkey (me) behind the controls. One example is that I somehow changed my head to a male head and then back to a female head but upon reentering the menu I can never change it to a male face/head again. The option has simply vanished.
I recommend this but please be respectful to the devs, as this early access title is still in the works.
(I love to spawn a shelter which can be anything from a covered wagon or a fully furnished house. lmao there are so many)

Wilderless delivers an adorable art style in a small download. The music is wonderful and I hope development continues because the game has enough foundations to become a great adventure game if a few small features are added and refined.
