Playable in single-player or online co-op, Wild Planet is a stylish low poly open world survival game set in a vast alien planet full of diverse biomes. In the game you’ll explore, hunt the indigenous giant alien bugs, build outposts and craft weapons and equipment as you attempt to survive and build a life for yourself in the hostile alien environment.
The game is set on an ever-changing world shaped by players’ actions, Structures built by players are synchronised in the cloud and will spawn randomly in other players’ games.
Chill COOP experience
To be able to share their adventures and have fun players will be able to team up to 4 players in coop.
The timestamp is synchronised with the database and universal monument & events are showing up to everyone at same time
Layers of civilizations
The planet follows cycles of destruction every 3 month (wipe).
Starting from day 1 until day 90 the world will decay and change shapes from day to day.
Each wipe brings new dungeons ,environment changes (a lake might become a desert).
Top down view – environmental narration
The top down view gives another way of storytelling and environmental design.
The low poly art style works also very well with a top down view and focus only on the most important part in the environment.
A colorful scifi atmosphere
We want to bring a chill, positive and colorful experience. Far away from the usual dark scifi worlds. A friendly, calm, joyful experience on an alien planet.
we have a unique non-linear storyline driven by dynamic events which will shape your adventure.
The players will be confronted by unpredictable hand crafted events driven which will uncover the different paths for the story and lead them through in-game narratives using the strengths of the medium without reliance on cut-scenes.

I like almost everything about this game. The stylized game design is unique. The combat works well enough for early access. It's fun. Exploration is rewarding and they do a good job of not dictating your journey in this exploration game in a heavy-handed way, which can often be the case.
The only negative for me is the vertical camera angle is fixed at the ground. In this type of game, even when you're "outside" it feels like a dungeon crawler. I feel this constant need to add a little sky to this otherwise excellent survival-craft and base-building exploration game.

I’ve been having a really good time with this game so far. The art style is beautiful and it has a relaxing vibe.. it’s one of those games you can just sit back with and unwind :) the world feels alive and there’s always something new to explore. It's still in early access and the devs are clearly passionate and keep improving the game with updates. I’m having a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to seeing how it grows over time. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy chill survival and exploration games.

the game has a lot potential, other review says that if anyone buy this game they need to see it as investment. i couldn't agree more. but for now i feel the investment's worth the risk since the Dev really active responding on Discord.

The game has potential, the dev are reactive and listen to feedbacks.
As always, this is an early access game, it can suffers the fate of a lot of them (being abandonned), so if you buy it see it as an investement. But as for now, it's worth the risk.

This is a fun crafting game with a lovely palette and overall vibe. It is a good low-stakes game to chill and unwind from the day, although intensity is there if you go looking for it! Highly recommended. Updates and fixes have been coming regularly since Early Access release :D

This game really surprised me. It’s a bit tough to figure out at first, but once things click, it becomes super addictive. The crafting system is deep without being overwhelming, and every upgrade feels rewarding. I love how you can play your own way go all in on combat or just explore and build. Sneaking around early to gather resources adds real tension, but it’s fun, not frustrating.
The world feels alive, and setting up small camps as you move deeper gives a great sense of progress. The developers clearly care updates come often, and they actually listen to feedback.
What I liked so far: loading times are fast, performance is smooth, and the visuals are clean. Items are easy to understand, and the overall progression feels quick yet satisfying.

My first time with early access game and I must say I very much am enjoying this one. I like the exploration the updates make meaningful changes. I will keep coming back to check this out as it grows. I would really recommend it for anyone who wants to have a chill game to play to unwind. I wish I could get this on my Switch then I would play it in bed all the time lol.
