The storyline of Watch Dogs explores the impact of technology within our society; bringing to the forefront the concept of information warfare, data being interconnected, and the world's increasing use of technology — questioning who exactly runs the computers they depend on. The game is set in a contemporary fictionalized version of Chicago, Illinois, which is one of many cities to feature a supercomputer known as CTOS (Central Operating System). In this version of Chicago, everyone and everything is connected. The city's overarching network controls almost every piece of technology in the city; banks, security cameras, traffic lights, communication hubs, and even key data on the city's residents and activities have been complied into the system and can be used for various purposes. In the game's universe, the Northeast blackout of 2003 was found to be caused by a hacker, prompting the development of CTOS.

Pierwszy raz ograłem watch dogs na xboxie i na te wszystkie lata zapomniałem o tej perełce. Mimo, że nie wyglada tak wspaniale jak nowsze gry to za sam klimat deszczowych ulic Chicago i ciężar historii Watch Dogs zasługuje na jakieś pochwały. Myślę że właśnie w tych czasach pytania i wątki tej gry są ważniejsze niż kiedykolwiek.

Jedna z najbardziej niedocenionych produkcji. Soundtrack, grafika, hakowanie są wspaniałe. Chicago wydaje się mieć więcej życia, niż Los Santos w Gta 5. Przyjemnie przechodzi się grę na 100%, gdzie wszystko jest zaznaczone na mapie. Co mogłoby być lepsze to ilość pojazdów dostępnych w grze i ai mogłoby być mądrzejsze

Ta gra mnie zaskoczyła. Nie wiedziałem że gry które polegają na hakowaniu mogą być tak fajne. Fabuła też spoko. Tylko jest jeden minus: jażda autem.
A tak całkiem spoko.

I feel like Watch dogs is so much underrated. Lore,gameplay,characters all is very very good. Easily one of the best games I have ever played. In watch dogs 2 ubisoft has significantly improved gameplay and parkour mechanics but to be honest main story is way better in the first game rather than the second.
The thing that is also great about this game is the accessibility. On a good deel you can get this work of art for only 5$, and combining price with the fact that this game is preety old and if you don't care about sacrificing graphic details i would say (from experience :D ) that you can run this game on any modern computer even one not ment for gaming, means almost everyone can play this game.
