I'm very happy I could experience not only an amazing plot the game has to offer but also a rich environment paired with gorgeus music. The characters I met during the game intriguied me with their own, often very personal story to tell. My only frustration was caused by the monotony of roaming London's streets with no way of speeding my trips from one district to another and tediouseness of searches or unclear instructions in a few of NPC's personal quests. A great experience overall (once you understand London's map).

Przyjemna gra i fajne mechaniki. Szkoda że raczej nie będzie sequela

Vampyr is an atmospheric RPG set in early 20th-century London, captivating players with its dark, gothic vibe. Taking on the role of Dr. Jonathan Reid, a newly turned vampire, players must navigate the tension between their thirst for blood and their moral compass.
The game's strongest point lies in its engaging story and moral dilemmas, forcing players to make tough choices. Every decision impacts the game world, and the fate of the districts' residents depends on whether you choose to save them or sacrifice them for your own strength.
While the combat can be satisfying, it occasionally feels clunky, and some mechanics seem a bit underdeveloped. The visuals are decent, but the true standout is the atmosphere and soundtrack, which effectively build tension.
Rating: 7.5/10 - Perfect for fans of immersive storytelling and dark settings, though minor flaws may deter less patient players.

I decided to post my opinion only after getting all the achievements. I haven't been this amazed by the storytelling of a game in a very long time. The lore is astoundingly good and detailed.
I took the storyline very personally as I am in fact a military doctor, my sister died years ago but the cause was obviously very different. I really felt that story... Choices do matter in this game, at least most of the times.
For now I did two very different playthroughs. Both satisfying. The "good" one and an "evil" one. What impressed me was that in order to really become powerful (my evil playthrough), you have to do a lot of very heartbreaking actions. If you are going to get all the achievements, you will be forced to watch your character gradually destroy hopes, dreams and lives of NPCs who feel very real. You watch a good doctor turn into a monster who saves London and destroys it at the same time.
On the other hand, the "good" path gives you a lot of satisfaction (and possibly anger when on high difficulty), but the ending is really heartwarming.
You won't always be able to tell the consequences of your choices, mind you. Sometimes by wanting to chose the best option, you will do something with very harsh consequences and you won't be able to take it back. Personally I believe that it's what makes this game very unique.
In terms of game mechanics... combat system takes some getting used to and is sometimes buggy. Occasionally you can see NPCs T-posing, but very rarely. I feel like there could be more dialogue options just as in Dragon Age Origins or in Fallout series until FO4 came.
Finally the music... I love the music from this game. It suits it. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination or it got gradually more grim with my character killing more people on the "evil" run. The appearance of my character did change gradually with more kills on his hands. Great attention to detail if you ask me.
Honestly I can admit that the universe that was created for this game is in my opinion the best ever created vampire-themed world with many references to historical events.
TL;DR
This has got to be the most amazing vampire themed game I've ever played. It's worth a shot even for the single purpose of diving into the great world that the authors created. It has some minor issues, but they can be overcome or got used to in time. I will be waiting impatiently for the second part.

Cool game, worth to play. Interesting with good dialogs, i havent finished this game yet.
Huge minus - game is loading soooo looooong... i have good PC with graphic card and ram bla bla but omg... it should at least worning "if you open this door, you can go and make yourself a tea or coffe or coock a dinner if you PC is weak".
Tip - dont use "ctrl" in fight, meaby for aiming but highly unrecommended if you want to win

Vampyr is one of the best RPG games!
The atmosphere of the production practically "pours out" from the monitor.
The graphics and sound still make a great impression today.
But the biggest advantage of this game is the plot, characters, history and (a large part of) the quests.
Character development is very important.
Fighting opponents is not bad either.
To sum up: THIS GAME IS REALLY WORTH PLAYING!
