About the Game
Fight your way through a modern-day Seattle on the brink of an open war as an elder Vampire. Meet the power-players, ally yourself and decide who will rule and what the city will become.
A three-front siege on Seattle, a power vacuum in the vampire court and an awakened elder at odds with the voice in their head, realized by BAFTA award winning studio, The Chinese Room.
Blood sustains you and powers your vampiric Disciplines. You’ll stalk and feed on the city’s population by night. Use your supernatural powers or raw persuasion on civilians and lure them into deep, dark alleys to sate your Hunger. Beware of breaking the Masquerade though: do not reveal what you are or you risk reprisals – at first from law enforcement and then, well, remember you are not all that goes bump in this night.
Explore visceral, immersive combat rewarding entirely different playstyles and approaches based on your choice of vampire clan. Will you wade into the fray with supernatural fists, harangue from afar or rebalance your odds by thinning the herd like the apex predator you are? Clan choice supports these playstyles and more.
Enter the World of Darkness and rise through vampire society or rail against it. Experience Seattle – a city full of alluring, dangerous characters and factions, not to mention the mortals at stake in the clash of powers beyond their knowing. In this sequel to the cult classic, your choices, plots and schemes will determine the balance of power and what becomes of the city and its people.

ヴァンパイアのか弱さの所為なのか私がド下手糞なのか…（もちろん十中八九後者なんですが）すぐ死ぬのにすごく面白くて沼ってます
SkyrimとかCyberpunk2077あたりのARPGを彷彿とさせるポテンシャルがありつつも、Cyberpunk2077発売当初の悪夢すら踏襲しているという何とも説明しがたいゲームだと思いました
とはいえ、バグにはまだ出会っていませんのでそのあたりは個人的に信用しています
まだまだ序盤しかやっていないのでエンディングを迎えることができたならしっかりレビューを書きたいと思います

ワールドオブダークネスの世界観が好きな人、TRPG版やってた人なら、楽しめるでしょうか。
TRPG経験者なら、このメインストーリーのシナリオギミックは感心すると思います。
ただ、フルプライスでの購入は、お布施感覚がないと無理ですね。
良い点
世界観 設定山盛りのTRPGが原作なので、雰囲気はすごく良い。吸血鬼してる感はわりとあります。
キャラクターグラフィック 洋ゲーなのにキャラがそこそこ美人。
ストーリー いくつものギミックのあるストーリーはすごく良かった。２転３転する推理、信頼できない語り部の理由、吸血鬼らしくないようなある意味とても吸血鬼らしいような黒幕の感情、うまく考えてあるなぁと感心しました。一見の価値あり。
探索 カーソルの円の収縮でとりあえず近くに何かあるのはわかりますし、方向も絞りやすい。あと、困ったらヴァンパイアセンスでハイライトされるものを探す。
悪い点
ボリューム 街の広さも微妙ですし、シンボル収集系以外のサブクエは終わらせましたが、クリアまでに３０時間かかってません。
移動がダルイ ファストトラベル？なにそれおいしいの？ヴァンパイアダッシュは早いけど、目撃されたら掟違反になります。
ステルスキル ミッションでステルスさせたいっぽいのに、ステルスから１撃キルできない強モブが２・３体はどのミッションでもいます。これ、高難易度とかどうしてるんでしょう？
戦闘面 私の腕の問題かもしれませんが、FPS視点なので後方確認できず、地形に引っかかってタコ殴りに合うケースが割とありました。
ボス戦では、広めのフロアのどこかの壁からモブが数体沸いてダッシュで殴り掛かってくるタイプが２回ほどありました。FPSでやることじゃないでしょう。
氏族らしさ 会話や選択肢に、各氏族っぽさが感じられない。私はトレメールでしたが、あの主人公はどの辺がトレメールだったのか最後まで謎でした。
仮面舞踏会の掟 破ると手配度に類するものが上がり、ポリスに撃たれ、最終的に処刑人に即死させられます。これ、原作知らない人には窮屈に感じるでしょうし、原作知ってるひとからすると仮面治るまでがぬるすぎるんじゃないかなぁ、と。
私は血を集める時に、面倒くさくなって、ポリスが目の前で見てても吸血して、ダッシュで屋上まで逃げるスタイルになりました。
アイテム ステータスが変わるような装備品はありません。武器も素手のままで、落ちてる瓶とか敵の武器とか、念動力で投げたりするだけ。消耗品の４種のポーションはありますが、ショップがないので任意のタイミングで補充できず。
総評すると、まあ、微妙、ですね。
たぶん、きちんとリリースするために、すごく小さくまとめたんだろうなあ、というのが見える作品です。

Its not as bad as everyone says, honestly. I feel like people forgot the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that was Bloodlines when it first released or even the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it still is. This game isnt Bloodlines but its still a VtM 5E game - honestly while I prefer X20 I think its pretty okay for what it is.
