I found this game from the Jacob Geller video and I'm very glad that I ended up checking it out. It's a really unique merging of video game storytelling with the structure of a mindfulness app, and I found that while I was very into the story that was unfolding day-by-day, I was also kinda getting into the actual breathing exercises and writing prompts, which is something I wasn't expecting. I can say with confidence that this wasn't enough to get me to look into other mindfulness apps as I'm still skeptical of the institution as a whole, but I will say that this small, self-contained glimpse into that world through the perspective of what may be its most idealized, self-aware version definitely got me thinking about what it would look like if AI-driven, computerized therapy was capable of actually caring, which is an interesting thought experiment.
In short, a brief and very unique, thought-provoking game.

Nice little game! Imagery through the latter half of the game still sticks with me. The pain and heartbreak and bittersweet joy of being. Don't expect earthshaking narrative, but it's quite nice!

what a week
you have to go into this with an open mind and it most certainly is priced highly at non-sale price (though that may benefit the commitment needed) but if you are willing to read between the lines and think into this in your own way theres a lot to gain through this experience
also interesting musings in here as regarding technological advancements and wellness apps and such including more recent AI developments that have happened since release (not that they have been unpredictably unexpected)
