I love these free prologues giving you a sneak peak as to what the full title will be once released.
Ultreia puts us in the (metallic) shoes of a little pilgrim robot. After the intro section where he keeps stating he needs to take revenge we find ourselves in front of a motel. Well, before this we have a brief tutorial section but things get interesting once we reach the motel.
This is a point-and-click game alright. Easy-to-play and the puzzles are usually straightforward. It helps that by pressing space we can highlight all items on a screen our protagonist can interact with. Recently, we have seen a surge in the genre but with emphasis on giving us a pixelated world - the creators here opted for the Unity engine instead.
Both music and sound effects are fine - I only missed the dubbing during dialogues. Hopefully, this will be corrected in the full game but perhaps this is deliberate as all characters are robots. There's one funny reference to one of the LucasArts titles that you'll immediately notice.
Great little game! Pick it up if you love the genre!

I did not expect to find such an interesting game under it all. It looked okay from the screenshots but playing it yourself is better for sure. Like the story is interesting and intriguing but the artstyle is killer. That aesthetic with robots and everything was top notch . Characters where interesting and the entire game really made me crave it more and see it until the end. Full game is on my radar now because of this for sure. Fully recommend checking this out.

I enjoyed this and plan on getting the full game eventually for sure.
The art is beautiful, and I think the dialog and story is interesting.
This is a point and click game, but it is a really nice point and click game.
The puzzles aren't ridiculously hard in this nor ridiculously easy. They make sense.
Worth your time playing the Prologue at the very least if you have any interest in point and clicks.

This prologue is very impressive, sadly I found it short :(. It give a glimpse to what I think it will be a great solving puzzle game in this post apocalyptic world. What happened to the humans, is it just robots? What is the voice is he hearing? The puzzles in this prologue give enough for the beginner of this genre to get into this game. The graphics run smoothly and the storyline has me wondering more what will become of everything. I find the barkeep pretty funny. Sadly I do find that the gap between the dialogue and gameplay a little to long to wait. But other than that I love this game and its worth a try for any one who like solving puzzles.

Very strong art direction here. I really appreciate the pre-rendered graphics and the atmosphere of this game a lot. There's just something so convincing about the way it looks; it made me feel completely immersed the whole time. That's a rare and precious feeling to have when playing a game, so I'll probably get the full game based on that sentiment alone.
I liked the writing so far, it seemed to fit the mood of the game. The puzzles were pretty intuitive. When you've got the right idea but aren't going at it the right way, your character will comment on it, which is nice.
A nitpick I had while playing was that our character moved too slow, but after giving it more thought, it wasn't that much of a problem. It gave me time to soak in the vibes and enjoy the world. It's okay to have slower-paced moments in a game like this.
This prologue made me wish it didn't end, and I think that's the main thing that matters here.
