チュートリアルが丁寧だと感じました。これから楽しみたいと思います。
しかし日本語化がかなり面倒です。日本語化の手順は以下のサイトの手順で問題なく行えました。

以下自分が躓いたところを記しておきます。今からプレイされる方の参考になりますように。
・必要とするソフト
→これでないとだめというわけではありませんがバイナリエディタ編集ソフト「Stirling」とフリー解凍ソフト「7-zip」を用意しておくと良いです。
・和訳ファイルを入れる
→指示通りに行うと「ファイルを上書きしますか？」と出ますが上書きして問題ないです。もし問題が発生してもSteamから再インストールを行ってください。
・tropico.exeをバイナリエディタで直す
→編集するファイルは【tropico.exe】です。
・NoCD化
→パッチを当てるとなぜかCDを必要とされてしまうので一度ゲームを終了して上記のソフトでサイト通りの手順を踏んでください。書き換えは再インストールすると初期化されるので間違えても大丈夫です。
・画質が荒くて読みにくい、字が小さい
→サイト内のフォントサイズの修正項目のパターン③を行ってください。
