Trash Time is a virtual reality game that can teach you how to recycle in a fun way.
Burnt trash accumulates CO2 gas, that is one of the leading causes of global warming.
Try to save the Earth by playing as a alien robot with flexible hands, recycle trash using powerups and power tools.
Make sure that you recycle to the max, the Earth is in stake !
Available power-ups
* Magnet (collects metalic trash automaticaly)
* Compactor (compacts the trash and ensures maximum cash per item)
* Flexible hands (reach the trash without much work)
This project was supported using public funding by Slovak Arts Council

This game is something my kids really enjoyed and it educated them a bit about recycling. Really grateful that it's free too.

Great game. I like the nostalgia I got from it from playing old roblox tycoons back in 4th grade. Nice concept. Has a few details that need to be rechecked, but this game has potential. I would reccomend this to just about everyone who like micromanagement games. This game is good for as far as I have seen, but I haven't seen much. There is only so much I can play while losing tracking every 3 min. Great game so far tho. I would just reccomend starting the game at a lower graphics level so that people with lower end gaming PCs can get to the settings. Or maybe an auto check feature for a graphics level suited to your PC. I ran this game using a skytech shadow gaming PC with the asrock 970a-g/3.1 motherboard with 16 gigs of ram and a 1050tiGPU. I would definitely recommend using an actual VR ready PC tho. I have an fx 8370 cpu in the mail rn. That should let me feel the true game. Update on this review soon.

Trash Time is a free VR game. it worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok, was understandable. Has a language choice of English or Slovak. It can give you a workout. Might learn something about recycling. Has 4 open steam achievements. Has upbeat background music on a loop, didn't see a mute or volume control. Has several map, with 3 days each. You earn money by sorting the stuff right. Gets hectic and some stuff don't fit correctly in sorting bins. Has teleport movement mode. Did Not have instructions. Has 3 choices of quality.
Try it, you might like it.

Neat concept and there's some important lessons to take away from this game. Think about what you're doing and how overwhelming the trash gets with the task of sorting it.

On the outside this game looks like a simple game. But the more you look into it you realize how it symbolizes life and the endless struggle that you have to go through every single day. This game is a masterpiece, it is absolutely crazy that someone was able to turn such a simple idea into a game that is perfect in every way and give off such an amazing message. Congratulations, you have developed the greatest game of all time.
