Tormentum II, a long-awaited continuation of the dark adventure game inspired by the works of H.R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksinski, will appear on the Steam platform in 2019. In 2019, thanks to the Polish studio OhNoo, the door to the dark world of Tormentum will open again. Tormentum II is a Point & Click adventure game taking place in a dark, surreal world full of gloomy characters and repulsive creatures taken straight from the scariest horrors. The hand-drawn graphics, referring to the work of outstanding painters such as H.R.Giger or Zdzisław Beksiński, will take care of the one-of-a-kind impressions that spice up the players with shivers. This time the adventure will begin in the future – in a universe where computer games bring relief in a hopeless world devastated by technology. Players will lead the fate of a game creator whose ambition is to create what has never been achieved before – a world inhabited by characters with intelligence equal to that of a human being. When one day he receives a mysterious package with a strange processor, worrying visions begin to haunt him. Reality mixes with a nightmare, and characters from the game begin to penetrate his world. Or maybe it’s the other way round…

Le studio polonais réitère et nous propose un second volet à la hauteur du premier qui était une formidable réussite, ne serait-ce déjà que pour la qualité de la patte graphique très Dark Fantasy et du monde qu'il(s) propose(nt).
Disons le ici haut et fort, les Polonais ont su tirer partie du bouillonnement créatif qu'offre le monde des jeux vidéos pour devenir des maîtres incontestés de la Dark Fantasy, la série des The Witcher étant l'archétype de cette réussite.
Les énigmes sont plutôt évidentes et ne devraient pas en rebuter plus d'un, elles sont encore plus faciles dans ce second volet (quoi que), mais je n'en suis qu'à la fin de la première île (le jeu propose plusieurs destinations (au moins 4) en plus du prologue).
Je revidedrai finir mon évaluation lorsque j'aurai terminé le jeu, mais en l'état il mérite amplement sa note et vous est proposé pour moins de 20€ ce qui les vaut largement.

Very very good game. Same mechanics as the first game. Beautiful, riddles not so hard, long game, pretty good musics. I don't finish it atm, but i'm very close to the end i think. I'll replay the game to have all achievements, did all choices and see all their endings. 0 regret to buy it. So many years between the announcement and the release. I love their games. Even i have a preference for the 1st game. He had incredibles musics and a crazy atmosphere. An atmosphere you'll find quite quickly in the second one

Bon je viens de le finir et perso je préfère quand même le premier. Plus de texte vraiment beaucoup et ça me plait moins . Niveau D.A irréprochable et la difficulté revus à la baisse je trouve. Certaines musique sont à tombé mais moins que le premier (Le premier reste mon chouchou) je lui donne un 8 sur 10 pour le Tormentum II
