Super Spiel, aber man merkt langsam das Alter...
Wer kein Freund von den Classic Tomb Raider Teilen ist, kann mit diesem Spiel die Story vom ersten Teil erleben. Steuern lässt sich das Spiel wie in TR Legend. Diese Steuerung ist aber sehr gut gealtert. Einziges Problem ist die Controllersteuerung. Das Gamepad (Steamdeck) wird erkannt, aber das Spiel zeigt weiterhin die Symbole für die Tastatursteuerung an. Aber die Steuerung ist ziemlich leicht zu lernen und die Tastatursymbole fallen nach den ersten Leveln nicht mehr so stark auf.
Zusammengefasst: Wer den ersten Tomb Raider Teil nie gespielt hat, sollte es mit dem Remake nachholen. Wer allerdings das Orginal (bzw. das Remastered) gespielt hat, muss es nicht unbedingt spielen, außer man ist Tomb Raider Fan.

Kult, sehr gute Spielerfahrung mit wenig technischer Voraussetzung (funktioniert auch auf meinem nicht so tollen Nicht-Gaming Computer)

Das spiel hat vieles bugs was dazu führen kann es nicht zu genießen und es an manchen stellen die rätztel schwer sind, aber troztdem macht das spiel spaß und ich würde es weiter empfehlen

Meiner Meinung nach ein gelungenes Remake für die Zeit dazumal. Die Story lohnt sich in dem Sinn immer weider. :D

Insgesamt eine gelungene Neu-Auflage des allerersten Teils, auch wenn dieser hier ebenfalls schon hart in die Jahre gekommen ist.
So einige Sprungpassagen sind echt mies gemacht, da fand ich die ganz alten Teile mit den Präzisionssprüngen fast besser. Dieser hier soll halt etwas dynamischer, actionreicher sein. Und was gehört dafür auf jeden Fall noch dazu? ... Klar, Quick-Time-Boss-Events ... Naja, war damals in dieser Form in Mode.

No idea what all the negative reviews regarding the controls are about. It's wonderful on PC with mouse and keyboard, and the performance is also top-notch
