TIERRA – Mystery Point & Click Adventure
Recently you have been taking life a little easier. After your recent adventure to the island of Ayuda and the discovery of the mystery treasure, the hiking and puzzle solving had taken its toll.
The journey had been tough and you thought a more sedate walk through the woodland area more locally would aid in your recovery.
However, on following a downloaded orienteering map, you soon discover mysterious buildings and puzzling locations not listed on the map.
Your inquisitive nature kicks in and you decide to investigate further to see where these strange pathways lead and what secrets the mystery buildings may hold.

TIERRA was created from the imagination of a solo indie developer.

Nice puzzles, would be nice to have some indication of where you can move so you dont have to spam all over.
ADD SETTINGS MENU! Sound is too loud and you can not change it

I am a novice player and I am enjoying this game. It is pretty basic --point and click to move round, etc. The graphics and audio are just right imo. Perhaps the puzzles and gameplay might not appeal to more seasoned players but I like it. Actually, I am stuck at a puzzle at the moment and am hoping the developer will read my plea for help lol. I hope I can finish this!

Another short point-and-click from Chris Luetchford's M9 games. Like the others, this one is way too short for the price. Again, US$2-3, at most, would be about right. Better would be if he'd consolidate them into a single game, which would only make sense as they all seem to end with "to be continued," as though they are part of a single narrative.
The game is pure puzzle-solving, which we were able to do without a walkthrough. Some are really easy, others call for a bit of head-scratching. As is also common with M9 games, a couple of them require making extremely fine distinctions between colors or between shapes. We wonder if Mr. Luetchford thinks that kind of near-ambiguity is a bone fide game mechanic. In our view, it is not. It is merely frustrating because it can require outright guessing among possible alternatives, which is not how anyone wants to "solve" a puzzle. It is also going to play Hob with anyone who has the slightest vision problems (like one of us does).
On the whole, we like this series. But we think more play-testing (and, possibly, more incorporation of what his play-testers tell him) would result in a superior product. As an example, we found at least two outright typos in the on-screen messages. Not just errors of spelling, either, but extraneous characters. That kind of thing can make a person nervous about the integrity of the software you realize you are running on your own machine.
Recommended IF you like other M9 games.

i play on win7 PC with no issues for the gameplay......except it was too dang short...no trouble finding the sub at the end....this is where a new game picks up from ( no DLC)
i found the navagation easy and the puzzles simple and logical and well worth the 5 bucks oh yeah and the graphics good and clean

The gameplay was not too bad! I enjoyed the puzzles. My main concern was the fact that a couple of the puzzles bugged out and didn't work the first time I entered the correct combination. Causes a little confusion.
