Thrillville™: Off the Rails lives up to its name with 20 death-defying rides so outrageous, they inspire the same word from every park visitor who sees them: “WHOA!” Players build these incredible “WHOA Coasters” to leap from one track to another, launch through the air like cannonballs, blast through a burning ring of fire and more.
But the new fun doesn’t stop there. Off the Rails features 34 playable multiplayer minigames, 15 all-new theme areas, over 40 thrill rides, a new story that ties together more than 100 missions, and social interaction with park guests that’s better than ever. The in-depth conversations both advance the plot and suggest better ways to manage the park. But is every guest to be trusted?
- Experience the visceral fun of interacting with a theme park you create.
- Build and ride your own creations, talk and joke with all your guests, and play dozens of minigames.
- Visit 15 themed areas, like Battleville, Winterville, Spaceville and Aeroville, all spread throughout five new parks.
- Create 20 death-defying WHOA Coasters such as:
- Hotrod Stunt – A nitro boost propels a car across a broken track.
- Pendulizer – A giant arm grabs the car just before a gap in the track, whips it around in a full circle, then sets it down on the other side.
- Escape Drop – The track holds the car stationary as it lifts itself from level ground to a full 90-degree drop. Then it lets go.
- Distinguish your rides even more with enhanced customization options. Attach animatronics, flowers and flaming hoops to all of your coasters and rides.
- Play 34 minigames – 14 new, 20 returning from the original Thrillville but with new levels.

it's just a goofy little amusement park game that definitely doesn't take itself seriously. the fact you can just make rides that explode is s-tier game design

(PLEASE BUY THIS GAME AND HEAR ME OUT) dude, im crying rn just from the sheer nostalgia i get from the soundtrack of this game alone. it rips you into the past. back when physics were finally popping off. DX9 was in its purest form, valve had just released all of their games like Gmod and TF2 but as i was console, for me- this game (the original not off the rails) was here to showcase those physics inside one big sandbox type game for kids and adults alike to enjoy. this was the peak of PS2 era for me and it modeled a lot of how i acted and treated others. its a part of me in so many ways that my heart melts being able to play this on pc........i cant thank valve, frontier, and lucas arts enough for this. becasue this game is WITHOUT A DOUBT.
THE MOST underrated game EVER CREATED. and i hold that firmly because its absolutely amazing. its everything you want in a tycoon.

it changed the game for roller coaster tycoons completely and practically killed off the whole genre due to its lack of success on paper. fortunately, the future is bright as lucas films is about to be making DX13 games in the next decade, and that could mean potentially pairing up with frontier to make a new thrillville! frontier is still a thriving company and im sure if enough of you reading this are willing to purchase this game- maybe they would consider making a game for us in the future.
imagine thrillville 2 looking so photorealistic its like your tv is a portal (that you cant go into) taking you into the ride of a rollercoaster. thats whats next guys. "4D" games a new spectrum of computing thats what DX13 is thats why DX12U exists because its the crossgate to the next gen (which every tech company is having a hard time with) literally ive found leeks about this stuff for years because its the FINAL STEP to gaming on a screen! i love physics, and thrillville was my physics drug as a kid.
please buy this game :3 its so worth it you wont be dissappointed, it will take you on a trip that makes bad days go away, its a truly glorious game made by a team of REALLY passionate people who love technology.
if you love tech and PC, this game is important, it may not have been the first of its kind (in some ways) but it did a lot of good for companies like sony and microsoft and its helped bring us to where we are now.
so please, give this game a try, and if you hate it- you can dog on me all you want about it.
i just want this game to be experienced by more people because it truly deserves it.
