The Quintessential Quintuplets – Memories of a Quintessential Summer
It’s summer vacation! Futaro (VA: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka) and his younger sister Raiha (VA: Natsumi Takamori) have been invited to the quintuplets’ private island.
But a sudden storm turns what was supposed to be a three-day, two-night vacation into two weeks of survival!
What fate awaits in this edge-of-your-seat island adventure with the quintuplets?
The five heroines are fully voiced by popular Japanese voice actors: Ichika Nakano (VA: Kana Hanazawa), Nino Nakano (VA: Ayana Taketatsu), Miku Nakano (VA: Miku Itou), Yotsuba Nakano (VA: Ayane Sakura), and Itsuki Nakano (VA: Inori Minase)!
The game is also packed with newly drawn illustrations created specifically for the game!
Enjoy visuals of the heroines in their swimsuits and wedding dresses, and the various expressions they show during their days on the island.

I'd say this game is a 10/10, the fact that there are 14 distinct endings means that the game is nearly infinitly replayable. As of writing, I have completed "Miku Nakano-Good Ending" because she's my favorite Quint. Miku bros, this is the game for you.

I am honestly surprised at the quality of this visual novel.
I hope more anime based VNs get localized because it's a damn shame we got this so late.
There are a few gripes I have with this game, but there's also tons to like. Let me break it down:
The Good:
-Every line from the girls are COMPLETELY voiced. Every single line. I did not expect that at all but it adds so much to the game.
-The management system is really easy to maintain. I think it looked daunting at the beginning, but you can easily manage it so long as you pay attention and rest like once or twice a playthrough.
-Each girl has 2 different endings, and I honestly think their neutral endings were super damn strong. It felt like every characters storyline fit into the manga/anime smoothly.
-There are so many scene variations for almost every everything you do. Cooking, gathering, studying, every character has tons of scenes to see and because it all feels so fit into the world it never gets old.
-This VN made me actually like some of the girls I had a less than favorable opinion of. Manga readers, yall know the girls im talkin' about. Each girls story gave them redeeming qualities, yet never made them perfect, which kept them grounded.
-This visual novel is completely slice of life content. Be prepared for almost no romantic actions besides the most lukewarm stuff that will have no play in the overarching narrative. That said, I liked that. It kept it lighthearted and fun.
Now let's talk about the Bad:
-The Good Endings for every single girl besides Raiha sucked. They're all the same cookie cutter ending with no real meaning or gain in them so it makes me question why they bothered to make them at all.
-While I liked the complete focus on slice of life, some more romantic scenes with some characters would have been nice. Characters like Miku and Nino push hard and have more romantic scenes because narratively they canonically show they affection very early, but because of that it seems the writers went in the direction to make every other girls scenes a lot more ambiguous and it feels very lobsided.
-While all the girls are completely voiced, the MC is only voiced in the short endings, which REALLY sucks imo because his VA is fantastic, and the scenes he does voice are amazingly done. You can tell he's talented. They should've had him voice the whole game. I know the norm for these games is to have the MC be voiceless but cmon, we know his voice from the anime. They're just too scared to let the VA be wild. Cowards.
-Some of the story scenes for the routes end up a bit repetitive because of the location the game is set in, and it can get old fast. Beach or mountain, swimming or hiking, blah blah blah. I know they don't have a lot of options but would it have killed the writers to do some different stuff...
Overall, I really enjoyed this VN. If you're a Quint fan, this is 10000% for you.
If you have no idea about the source material, this game is deff not for you at all.

Nino - Best Girl. Miku - Second.
I finally find peace by making the right decision. The nightmare caused to me by the manga finally settled down.
I recommend this game to everyone who wants to fill the gap left by the original work.
The only thing I dislike is the MC called Futaro. He can’t be fixed - really a work of art.

At first I didn't like the scheduling stuff, but it wasn't an issue after a while. There are enough days that even when I accidentally made Ichika collaped, all her scores were 80+ in the end.
When I wrote this review, there is still an issue with controller support. I had to tab out of and back in to the game for the controller to work, and the default layout didn't map a button to exit the game.
I've only had one ending, but I will definitely play this again for the others. If you're a fan of the anime/manga, you'll enjoy the game, although I think the other one (Five Memories Spent With You) might be better, especially if you're looking for a traditional visual novel gameplay.
Miku best girl!

This is probably my favorite game in the visual novel series. It's funny and pretty interesting. I like the warm colors and the AMAZING music, the CGs are beautiful as well and makes every ending a little more worth getting.
The only thing I really think is annoying is the whole resource managing mechanic. It's alright for a good while, but does get repetitive. Besides that, I think they did they game perfectly, and I can't wait to play the third one in the series once (if) they translate it.
All quints best

The control keys don't work and after 4 hours of playing the game crashed and it didn't even autosaved. Me and my husband spent 20 minutes skipping the beginning dialogue and trying to find Save button (for PC gamers, it's when you click on 1 in square with Command on left lower page.
Besides this unpleasant situation, the game is actually worth it (bought on sale) and I like schedule creating with stories between the sisters. Not your usual visual novel when you'd be bored just sitting and clicking.
