Just finished this game after playing through it in one session. As you can see, it's under 2 hours, which of course makes it tempting to try and refund the game. But I won't, which says a lot about it.
Firstly, this is my type of game, in the general sense. It's story-based, takes its time, and has good voice acting. The "abandoned theme park" is a creepy setting in any circumstances, but in this game it's used as a storytelling mechanism for the truth behind the protagonist's life, and actions.
Without giving any further spoilers, I purchased the game from Humblebundle for $4.15, and for the thought, writing and effort put into the storytelling imho it's worth keeping at that price. It doesn't really have replay value, unless you wanted to try and understand what happened more deeply. But for less than the cost of a movie ticket, I feel satisfied that this gave me approximately the same length of entertainment and thoughtful pursual.

This game...this game was something else....Story so sad with tragic realization in the end. No hope..too late...Nobody with mental illness should be left alone..Good game for people who enjoy walking simulator, with sad story and strong emotions.

Bon jeu ^^
The Park is a psychological horror game that keeps us in suspense, the notion of time is subjective. It was a pure delight both in terms of the script, as well as the atmosphere, which is at the same time frightening, intriguing and fascinating. Graphics level, it is good but it lacks details (see my screenshots if you have 2 minutes to spare)
In about 2 hours you come to the end and no it's not too short but really adequate with the story. Me in 4 hours but because I did it twice and I really took my time.
On the other hand, don't expect Final Destination 3 in the park or any game retracing a very gory horror movie to fight I don't know what monsters, spirits or other zombies of the genre. You don't have to fight, you don't have to defend yourself. Your only weapon will be your mind.
You play as Lorraine, a mother searching for her lost son in a completely different kind of park than the ones we usually see. A night then begins, endless. A night of pure anguish in this deserted park... or almost.
And don't make the mistake of comparing this game to The Secret World, you'll be disappointed
have fun ^^

It's a slow burning, and dark horror game.
Quite enjoyable and really short.
