The Long Dark is a thoughtful, exploration-survival experience that challenges solo players to think for themselves as they explore an expansive frozen wilderness in the aftermath of a geomagnetic disaster. There are no zombies — only you, the cold, and all the threats Mother Nature can muster. The episodic story-mode for The Long Dark, WINTERMUTE, includes two of the five episodes that form its Season One. Both episodes were given a complete overhaul in December 2018, as part of the Redux Update: new mission structure, story beats, dialogue, animations etc.

Gra za nie duże pieniądze oferuje naprawdę wysoką jakość wykonania. Według mnie jeden z najlepszych przykładów stosunku jakości do ceny. To co mnie najbardziej urzekło w The Long Dark, to brak presji na graczu aby robił jakieś zadania - pełna swoboda nad tym jak gra przebiega. Brak określonego celu, pozwala na pełne zrelaksowanie się przy komputerze. Choć gra jest kojąca to stawia graczowi konkretne wyzwania tzn. przeciwności fauny i flory w którym rozgrywa się akcja co jest zdecydowanie na plus. W czasie pisania tej recenzji posiadam prawie 400 przegranych godzin i muszę szczerze powiedzieć, iż za pewne spędzę w niej jeszcze wiele długich i przyjemnych godzin.
Do samego TLD polecam nabycie DLC ''Tales from the far territory'', które dodaje zastrzyku urozmaicenia do świata w grze. Naprawdę mega gra, polecam tym, którzy nie szukają dynamicznej a spokojniej gry przy której można się odprężyć.

Mimo że gra ma już parę lat nadal mnie przyciąga. Spokój gry i jednoczesny wymóg precyzji sprawia że przy grze można się zrelaksować.
Odrywa od świata realnego i teleportuje do świata mroźnego, tajemniczego i niebezpiecznego.
Śmieszna cena jest obecnie za tak dobrą grę ,no ale tak jak wspomniałem, ma już pare lat.
Clay czas licze na pocket multi player chociaż wiem że to niemozliwe xD

Uważam, że jest to jedna z najlepszych survivalowych gier na rynku. Ma bardzo dużo realistycznych mechanik. Gra nie należny do najłatwiejszych. W samej grze istnieje pare ciekawych trybów takich jak: wintermute(fabularny), Przetrwanie(taki lekki sandbox), tryb ala fabularny dostepny w trybie przetrwanie oraz tryb wyzwań. klasyczne przetrwanie z wyznaczonym zadaniem. Grafika gry wedlug mnie jest niesamowita. Ogolnie bardzo polecam.
