Definitely a great horror game. I enjoyed all of the jumpscares, the storyline and I really liked the between scenes with the hunky "librarian". One of the things I liked in this was the fact that it felt like one was watching a movie. Another thing that I like was how your choices really do make an impact on the outcomes and rest of the game. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys any good horror games. ^^

Already looking forward to the next part of this series!

das spiel würde ich von allen 4 spielen, auf platz 2 oder 3.... es teilt sich den platz mit: devil in me. kann mich nicht entscheiden welches besser ist...

"The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan" ist ein wahrhaft fesselndes Horrorerlebnis, das dich von der ersten Minute an in seinen Bann zieht! Die beeindruckende Grafik und die detaillierte Umgebung sorgen dafür, dass jede Szene visuell atemberaubend und zugleich unheimlich wirkt. Die Story, die auf einem gespenstischen Geisterschiff spielt, ist packend und voller überraschender Wendungen, die dich immer wieder aufs Neue schocken.

Die Charaktere sind lebendig und gut entwickelt, und deine Entscheidungen beeinflussen ihren Verlauf und das Ende der Geschichte, was dem Spiel einen hohen Wiederspielwert verleiht. Die Möglichkeit, das Spiel sowohl allein als auch im Koop-Modus zu erleben, ist ein großes Plus. Mit Freunden zu spielen und gemeinsam die Schrecken zu entdecken, macht das Ganze noch spannender und unterhaltsamer.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die manchmal etwas klobige Steuerung, die in hektischen Momenten frustrierend sein kann. Auch hätten einige Quick-Time-Events besser umgesetzt werden können. Doch diese kleinen Mängel verblassen im Vergleich zu dem intensiven und atmosphärischen Spielerlebnis, das "Man of Medan" bietet.

Insgesamt ist "The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan" ein Muss für jeden Horrorfan. Schnapp dir deine Taschenlampe und begib dich auf dieses unheimliche Abenteuer – die Schrecken des Geisterschiffs warten auf dich!

schönes , kleines Horror Game mit guten Jump Scares und einer interessanten Geschichte .

In vielerlei Hinsicht durchschnittlich,
aber der Weg, den die Story genommen hat, hat mich letztlich überzeugt. Die Grafik ist größtenteils sehr gut, das Horror-Element beschränkt sich meist auf ein paar Jump-Scares. Es gibt auch ein oder zwei gelungene (Horror-)Szenen, die einem schon unter die Haut gehen, und wirklich gut gemacht waren - schade, dass es nur so wenige waren. Da das Game sehr kurz ist, kann man's an einem Abend entspannt mal durchspielen.
