Defiance is a real-time strategy game based on the Terminator: Dark Fate universe that follows the war between humanity and Legion’s synthetic intelligent machine network. In the single-player campaign, you take the role of a commander in the Founders faction and guide your army in an attempt to foil Legion’s plan to exterminate the last remnants of humanity. In skirmish and multiplayer modes, play as three very diverse factions: Founders, Legion and Resistance.
Take control of an army carried over from mission to mission on a series of large strategic maps. Make decisions about unit placement, battle tactics and abilities so that you just don’t survive but become the leader of resistance against the machines. Hone your skills and military expertise by replaying and achieving the best possible outcomes.FeaturesCampaign
- Start humanity’s resistance against the machines by surviving engagements with Legion and rallying others to your cause. In the post-Judgement Day world, the greatest threats may not come from the machines but rather from other human survivors.
- Traverse various dangerous locals, find additional allies and supplies and navigate the brutal differences between competing human factions.
- Engage in complex, realistic battles where your tactical decisions are vital to your survival and ultimate victory. Use a variety of military equipment, vehicles and ammunition types in your battles against the enemy. Recruit and train new units, assign new skills and acquire new weapons and equipment to continue the resistance.
- Your battlefield tactics and choices have deep consequences. Your resources are limited and you must protect your army. Weapons of war receive damage through a modular component damage system where armour characteristics, component malfunctions and hull structure all affect if your troops survive.
- Recruit others to your cause and grow your army. Mix and match the composition of your troops to fit your preferred battle tactics. Use infantry units, heavy armoured military vehicles, plasma cannon technology, drones and other flying units and even human skirmishers to achieve victory.
- Use the battlefield to your advantage! Physics-based building demolition lets you generate a realistic set of tactical consequences, especially in urban areas.
- Test your skills in online multiplayer matches. Fight against real-life human opponents in 1v1, 2v1, and 2v2 battles.

Ich komme gleich zum Punkt, das Spiel ist lohnenswert.
Was ich hier schreibe ist mit dem DLC.
Gameplay ist knackig, auf den Schlachtfeldern gibt es überall was zu tun. Nebenmissionen, die Hilfe gewähren, oder den Feind schwächen sind da nur 2 Beispiele. Man muss mit seinen Punkten für den Kauf, Unterhalt und upgrade der Truppen haushalten...Jeder Toter schmerzt, jede ausgelöschte Einheit merkt man sofort. Munitionsversorgung, Jeder Trupp lässt sich individualisieren. etc etc etc. Hier ist Liebe zum Spiel merkbar.
Die Story ist okay, nicht schlechter als die der Filme.
Im DLC spielt man dann Legion, mit neuen Mechaniken und eigener Story.
Aus Spaß mal den Homunkoli Spam ins Feld geführt. Wie eine Welle..Langsame, sehr langsame, Welle spült man den menschlichen Gegner vom Feld. Aber keine Taktik wenn man gewinnen will, oder innerhalb von 12 Stunden gewinnen will.
Ach ja, eine Schlacht dauert mal so 1-3 Stunden. Je nachdem welche Schlacht der Kampagne man spielt und welchen Schwierigkeitsgrad, mittel ist bereits schon gut knackig.
Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine Art Comand and conquer oder Warcraft 2 vom Spielstil her. Eher eine Mischung aus "Men of War" und "Wargame"
Viele Waffen haben mit Spähern eine riesige Reichweite.
Empfehle das Spiel+DLC jeden Terminator Fan (Was ja heimlich jeder ist) und Strategie Fans die es ein wenig knackig mögen, auch kein Problem mit Frust haben und gewisse Feinheiten heraus spielen wollen.

Wem Terminator gefällt und Taktik und Einheiten optimieren für Einsätze ausbilden wird hier glücklich.
viele neue Einheiten wieder ein neues DLC mit neuer spielbarer Fraktion.
Viele verschiedene Einheiten Spezialisierung.
Sehr Schwer ich spiele oft im schwersten oder eins darunter Modus.
Hier ging ich gleich nach einer runde auf normal.
mit dem letzen Update kann man Nachschub verbrauch anpassen.

Good Game, not easy though. Nice upgrade path for vehicles and Infantry. Played Campaing, We Are Legion DLC, Uprising DLC and many Skirmishes.

Eigentlich ein Gutes Spiel ABER! Leider ist es Nicht möglich das Spiel wirklich zu Genießen, weil man 5 min spielt um dann zu laden und es noch mal zu machen und das bei jeder Mission bis man weiß woher kommen die Gegner und wie viele sind es. Es wird zum Auswendig lernen, das Balance System Lässt auch zu Wünschen Übrig.

Wenn bei dem neuesten DLC mit etwas mehr Nachvollziehbarkeit an die Sache rann gegangen wäre, hätte ich sogar 10/10 abgegeben..
Bei einem bereits eroberten Gebiet ist es eher seltsam dass ich so schnell wie möglich meine Truppen an die punkte bringen muss, da ich eig schon vor Ort sein sollte? Desweiteren gibt es keine Befestigungen die eig nach der Eroberung hätten insalliert werden sollen.
Meiner Meinung nach nicht so gut durchdacht.
AAber trotzdem ein tolles Spiel und wirklich überwiegend, macht es Spaß und ist fesselnd
