結論:おもしろい。ためになる。教育的。
雑感:ミッドウェー海戦、南雲提督の現場判断で帝国海軍が圧勝するのは集中運用方式では厳しい。連合艦隊司令長官から支援はないのか? そういうifシナリオがあった。
以下、駄文。
航空戦の要諦である「巧緻よりも拙速」の重要性がよくわかるゲーム。
艦攻はある程度機数がいれば左右から挟撃をかけてくるし、艦爆も一緒であれば我が方もそうだが敵も文字通り逃げ場がない。
命中率は体感で魚雷10~30%程度、爆弾30~60%程度と史実と比べて納得のいく数字。
そのため、史実と同様にある程度の拙速さが求められるが、可能な限り同じタイミングで攻撃隊を発艦させ、母数そのものを増やすことも心がけたい。
TBDの航続距離が他の艦載機と比較して短いため運用が難しいが、そこは提督の力量次第だろう。
防御という観点では艦戦の防空網が突破される=程度の差はあれ被弾→ほぼ戦闘力喪失、なので計画的なCAPエリアを設定することが大事。敵の下駄履きを追い散らし、艦隊の位置を隠蔽する効果もあるのでCAPは重要。
※艦戦はWarthunderとほぼ同じ感覚で操作することもできる。
開始から夜明けまでの間に敵が想定していないだろう海面へ機動する選択肢もあるが、如何せん夜明けまで5~6時間しかないので、珊瑚海海戦のようなシナリオならともかく、防御目標が決まっているミッドウェー海戦のようなシナリオでは機動の余地はあまりない。今あるミッション・エディタ機能を充実させていくといいのかな、とは思った。
一方、本ゲームはあくまで作戦レベルのもので各シナリオは独立している。そのため、戦果拡張のための追撃や艦隊保全のための撤退を行う動機が湧きづらいのが惜しいところ。
今後に期待したい部分としては水上打撃部隊のみで殴り掛かって敵艦隊と砲戦になった場合、目標指定ができないことと陣形が意味不明なものになるのでこれは今後に期待。

非常に良いゲーム。太平洋戦争の熱い空母決戦を体験できる。グラフィックも航空機の挙動も素晴らしい。航空戦をよく研究して再現している。ただ、早期アクセス中でシナリオが少なく、攻撃機の進入方向や発見してからどの空母を攻撃するかがまだ選べないので、その点改を善して欲しいところ
ぜひ、日本側もプレイさせた欲しいのと日本機の様子をリアルタイムで見れるようにして欲しい。だが、可能性は大いに感じる
SEA POWERみたいにこの会社のゲームはUIと操作説明がいまいちなのだが、今回も期待できないかな
