Everything has been recreated with the same attention to detail seen in Verdun, the first entry in the WW1 Game Series. This historical game takes place across the lakes, forests, mountains and snowy plains of the Eastern Front – it was inspired by the Battle of Tannenberg in 1914, one of the most iconic encirclement battles in history.

Pure fun. and from the historical point of view, nice an relativly correct. fine game, better than others, take all three fronts and enjoy.

Tannenberg ist ein wirklich spezieller Shooter, der die Ostfront im Ersten Weltkrieg wirklich gut einfängt. Man darf hier kein Call of Duty erwarten, denn wer blind losrennt, liegt direkt im Dreck, weil man wirklich jeden Schuss bzw. Lauf zu einem neuen Graben genau planen muss. Die Karten sind riesig und sehen sher gut aus.
Das Zielen mit den alten Gewehren ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat man aber nach 30-40 Minuten je Karabiner sehr gut raus. In Tannenberg macht der Frust wenn man einen Gegner im visier hat und dann getötet wird irgendwie den Reiz aus. Der Einzige Haken ist, dass nicht mehr viele Spieler online sind, weshalb man oft gegen 40% Bots kämpft. Aber wer mal weg will vom Standart Full-Auto Shooter sollte Tannenberg definitiv eine Chance geben.
